We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Prague! The place was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring the city. Everything was well-prepared for our arrival, and we felt at home from the start.

The location is just perfect! it’s right in the centre so close to everything.
Local shops and then 6/10mins to the main old town square with loads in between.
Owner was super friendly and could pay cash or card on arrival!

The apartment was spacious. It was also very close to the sites we wanted to visit. There were grocery stores and restaurants nearby. I liked the espresso pot for making coffee.

Comfortable and sufficient apartment, perfect location, close to the water and the old town square. Great to stay there for 1 week. Just one note, it is located in the Basement so it is quite cool, which some people might appreciate in the summer :D But to other people i recommend having house shoes and a cardigan to put on. The land lord is very kind and helpful, communication in english is no problem. You might not want to cook a 3 course menu in the small kitchen corner, but who would want to do that anyway when in Praha. I actually needed to do some office work for my job there, so i appreciated the desk and the stable wifi.
The window of the bedroom is to the backyard so it is also nicely quiet at night.
I would stay there again, thumps up from me and my boyfriend (who loves to stay in cool basements...)

The location was perfect, so close to everything we wanted to see in the old town. The bedroom & living rooms were large & comfortable. The kitchen was very basic but ok & there were heaps of places to eat close by. It was very cold when we arrived in Prague but the apartment was warm. Being a basement apartment, I imagine it stays cool in the hot summers. Our host, Pavel was lovely and even took us to the train station on the morning we left. I would recommend this place unreservedly.
Kitchen & bathroom a bit basic, but not really a problem.

It's a really good location, there are some pubs around, great valeu for money, friendly hosts.
The water was taking a long time to drain into the shower drain, nothing that impacted our bath, a small maintenance should solve it.

The owner is extremely friendly and helpful, he welcomed us at the very beginning and he's been super responsive since the very beginning.
The location is perfect, and the price/quality ratio it's absolutely great for Prague.
Clean and comfy basement apartment which was perfectly suiting our travel purpose (just a pity Fiorentina lost the final)!
