The location was excellent. Close to the the major attractions but out of the way enough to feel quiet and that you were interacting more with locals. I was very happy with my room. It was clean, modern and well appointed for a longer stay. I travelled for a couple weeks in Europe and this place was my favorite.

This is an amazing property. The rooms were large and comfortable. The bathroom floors were heated! Great location to the Charles Bridge and lots of great restaurants in one word beautiful.
The balcony opens to a courtyard with the other rooms. One night some folks came in a bit late and we could all hear them. This is nothing to do with the property as they were outstanding. The ground floor is also all cobblestone, so your luggage may not like you too much, but all of Prague is this way.

Location is excellent. Hotel studios are nice and clean. Good restaurants nearby. Nice cafe downstairs for breakfast and all day.
For heavy luggage it is a bit difficult to take that short distance, as ground is not flat but having rough stones between the reception and elevator.

Spacious, beautifully designed suites with a perfect mix of modern comfort and old-world charm. The kitchenette and in-room facilities were excellent, making it feel like a home away from home. The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of the Old Town, yet quiet and peaceful at night.
There’s really not much to dislike — though luggage handling can be a bit tricky due to limited elevator access in some areas.

A real gem nested in a great location near everything (tourist attractions, public transportation, and great restaurants). All the staff super friendly. Ask for Anna in reception she can take care of things for you. They even have a curated list of things to do and where to eat. Love it all!

The highlight of our stay was, without a doubt, the incredible staff. The receptionists were exceptionally helpful and available 24 hours, making us feel looked after from the moment we checked in. They provided fantastic recommendations for local spots, helped with transfers, and handled every request with a genuine smile. The hotel's location is perfect; tucked away on a quiet street but just a few minutes' walk from the Charles Bridge and Old Town Square. Our room was beautifully designed, spotless, and provided a lovely, peaceful retreat.
This is truly nitpicking, as the stay was nearly perfect. Only that it would be better if there are free channels on the TV. Otherwise, the whole experience was excellent and exceeded our expectations.

Great, spacious rooms and the hotel staff were very helpful from the start. Excellent location with the Charles bridge just round the corner and lots of cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. Great kitchen facilities and addition of a small balcony area was lovely too.
Only thing to note was that the ‘B’ side of the building doesn’t have a lift to access it so if you have someone in your party who is less mobile I’d ask for the ‘A’ side of the building. Other than that everything was great!

Exactly as described. Perfect location, blocks from the bridge. The room had gorgeous views, many restaurants nearby. The room was so unique, touch of time travel and modern all at once. BRAVO!!
