Just the late checkin thing

The location is good. Clean
The breakfast was included in the booking app but when we arrive at the hotel, they refused to include the breakfast, we should pay extra money for it. Even though we contacted booking customer service and they confirmed us the breakfast was included,.they didn't give us the breakfast.
Another thing is I wrote to the hotel via booking app and email multiple times and it took days until they answered,.very disappointing

I love absolutely everything. A hidden gem in heart of city. I arrived and was very tired ,got check in at 11 am. The ladies Sofiia and Bea are absolutely sweet hearts - the best customers service again. And also Naded and everyone was fantastic.The hotel is spotless clean ,guite,minibar in room,air conditioning.
It was pleasant to stay ,because people who work there you feel so good and homey.

The location and the view from hotel are great - but you have to know that currently there is reconstruction work on the square which cause a dust and noise but basically when the windows are closed, no problem, just the view is not ideal but if you count with it is fine.
Size of the room was good
Shower worked properly.
Internet good.
Old furniture, specially chairs in the room really need to be changed asap.
Mattresses are used as well
Does not have an wow effect of 5* hotel bcs reception and breakfast room are very small.
I expected that it will be much better than it was mainly bcs officially it gets 5* but in reality is definitely worse
Breakfast are not bad, but very little bcs whole place is just small.
