- The hotel is in a central location, right above a metro station, making it easy to explore the city both on foot and by public transport.
- Upon check-in, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a room with a city view, which was a wonderful touch.
-The room was clean and well soundproofed. Despite the hotel's central location and our room facing a busy street, it was absolutely quiet at night.
- Breakfast was varied and plentiful, with something for everyone, including pastries, cold cuts and cheeses, fresh fruit, cereals, jams, pancakes, sausages, boiled and scrambled eggs, and a coffee machine.
- Every member of the staff we interacted with was friendly and helpful. From the receptionists to the breakfast attendants and housekeeping staff, everyone was attentive, welcoming, and always ready to help whenever needed.
There wasn't anything we didn't like. Some of the furniture in the room was a bit dated, but it didn't affect our stay in any way. The air conditioner was a little tricky to figure out at first, but we got the hang of it within a few minutes.

Good clean comfortable room, plenty of bright light and view out of window. Close to station and bus services local and airport. Easy walk to city and old town and the river. Tram services good location to property. Staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast good.

The location is near both a Metro station and the main train station so that was handy for us as we arrived at one and departed at the other. The room was a good size but we didn't have breakfast at the hotel as it is on a main square so we ate out. Whatever extras we asked reception for they happily provided.
We did appear to be charged the city tax twice. Once when we paid in advance and once again on arrival. Locating the entry was also a bit tricky when we first arrived but a helpful neighbour pointed out the call button for us.

Wr had several AC issues in the hotel (which is not a nre hotel), the staff assisted by changing our rooms eventualy

Disappointing
The location
When I paid for the room there was clearly said it's included tax charges but when I come to the reception they charge me again also they don't set anything about extra charge iff you use room mini bar they over charge this I have 2 small cans off cola one sprite and 2 Fanta cost me that 1600 krone it's not fair they have 2 know the customer they gonna extra charge 4 this
