The location is great, easy walk to old town, train station and metro station a doorstep away.
The a/c in the room was noisy, the chair was torn, small stains everywhere, the reception area on the first floor was very small and only manned by one person. This is just not a 5 star hotel as advertised.

Hotel offered basic accessories and coffee machine.
Poor value for money. The hotel is old and poorly furnished. It offers good basic facilities but its definitely not a 5 star hotel. If you are looking for a 3 star hotel than its suitable.

The room was large and it was cleaned daily. The staff was helpful. Location is veey central. Overall it was a very good stay.
The breakfast was not worth the amount paid but what was available was tasty. It was an old school hotel that was still good quality. The amenities you would expect from a five star hotel were not all available such as vanity packets or slippers.
