Excellent location (although the construction site next to the building is a bit challenging for visitors). Wonderful view of the National Museum from my window.

Location - short walk from the central station and walkable to most sights.
Booked a premium room and paid extra to enjoy a long weekend away, staff put us in a disabled room with a view of pigeons / walls covered in bird poop, no shower door and constantly unhygienic flooded floor in the bathroom. Promised to compensate and refund half of what we had paid after I made a complaint - 2 weeks later and all we got is empty words.

Very convenient . Located next to metro station and close to central train station. Walking distance to old town.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Location is amazing, easy access to every by foot or metro. Great showers and very comfy beds. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. We had a great time here!

Good location, easy to find and facilities were good.
Just suggest that the rooms be regular a lower temperature- we found it very warm.

The only thing I would rate as good at this property is the breakfast buffet.
The hotel equipment is old and worn, the carpets and walls are dirty, the upholstery is stained or torn. The receptionist does not speak Czech.
