The hotel was in a pleasant environment, and for an additional fee, we had a great view of the museum.
Upon arrival, the receptionist rewrote the details from our ID card four times. He then gave us the room cards, but when we got to the door, they didn’t work. I had to go back to reception, where the receptionist activated them.
On our last night, the fire alarm on our floor suddenly went off at 7:00 a.m., even though there was no fire, and no one apologized to us.
The hotel itself was great, comfortable, and the location was truly 10/10, but the reception service was catastrophic.

The location of the hotel is fantastic in the center, close to public transport. The view from the window when you see the museum is worth it. The rooms are soundproof, no noise from the street can be heard.

Location is convenient and stuff was nice!
i would not consider it as a 5 star hotel. Renovation is old and it lacks some basic stuff, toothbrush and toothpaste weren't provided nor the slippers.

Dry close to everything. Most sights within walking distance. Wear thick soled shoes. Lots of cobblestone streets.
