It was warm and cosy (winter), excellent breakfast, view of Wenceslas Square, cosy comfortable bed, close to metro station, no trouble for staff to assist, good security

Friendly helpful staff. Nice room, nice hotel in general. Breakfast had a good selection. Very good location opposite the National Museum.
Being charged for things from the mini bar we didn't have, but they did remove the extra charges which we appreciated.

The staff was helpful and always smiling. every time you ask for stuff/help the always tried to find/help u out.
There was a lot of dust inn the ventilation grid visible trough the metal grid felt kind of dirty. Everything else was fine.

Bathroom heater did not work and we are freezing and did not take a shower
We complained to the hotel management, but they told us we had to wait for a technician until the next day. We were cold, couldn't shower, and it was a disaster. They finally changed our room the next day, but our day was ruined.

Every single thing, the staff who is more than lovely and friendly they will help you even with the little things

Upmarket hotel, 5 mins walk to the main rail station, right on Wenceslas Square and a 10 min walk into the heart of the old town. Great breakfast. We were let down by our previous hotel (long story!) so had to book a night's accommodation that morning. The receptionist at the Occidental kindly let us check in at 10.30am, so we were able to offload our luggage and go sightseeing. Thank you
