Great location for the city centre. Spacious and comfortable rooms. This is the second time we’ve stayed here, very good.
The area outside the hotel is undergoing a major development and there’s building works everywhere (this doesn’t cause any noise in the room).

The location is spectacular. Breakfast is rich and tasty.
The entrance door is closed and can be open only if you ring to reception, or with a magnetic card which you receive after you check in.

Very polite, kind, and attentive staff—the only part of the hotel experience that can be marked with 5 stars. Central location with easy access to public transport and landmarks. Spacious rooms.
By no means this could be a 5 star hotel. More into the 3 star category. Furniture is really run-down, some chairs so dirty and disgusting that I didn’t want to put my clothes on them let alone sit. The pillows were so tall, that I have a stiff and painful neck 5 days later. I strongly suggest the managers sleep on them for a night and understand what a torture it is. The duvets were double folded, and not suitable for the summer, and again stained and disgusting. Plenty of other issues that made the price of 190 euro per night (with passable breakfast) a rip-off for the experience. I actually moved after the first night to another hotel where a family member was staying.

The hotel is in a very convenient location for accessing all the sights in Prague. It's very near to shops and restaurants and the excellent public transport takes you to other parts of the city, over to the other side of the river, to the castle etc.. and the older neighbourhoods. The room was very comfortable, good sized comfortable bed, and quiet even with a city outlook from our window. Excellent breakfast, plenty of choice. Staff friendly and helpful.

I really liked staying here. It’s very centrally located and restaurants, mini marts, and local attractions within the vicinity. Location is definitely a 10. The valet parking was efficient and definitely a plus. Employees were very friendly, professional and accommodating. Our room was fantastic - Executive room - very spacious, had a balcony and the shower in particular was my favorite. The breakfast was also delicious.
I have no complaints.

The stuff is very nice and friendly, we got the beautiful room with balcony and the perfect view on the National Museum. We had a birthday during our stay and we got a cake and champagne as a present with some decorations in our room. Definitely recommend this hotel for everyone!
The entrance is hard to find because of the constructions nearby.
