I liked the fact that the hotel is newly built. The location is very good close to a metro station. The staff is polite. The waiter from Venezuela in the restaurant is very kind and helpful.

The hotel is clean, rooms are big (I had a family room that was really good for our family).
Staff is very friendly and helpful, the man that works at the bar lounge is incredibly nice!
Breakfast is good.
When I come back to Prague I will definitely stay again at this hotel.

Excellent location, very close walking distance to Anděl metro station, so very easy to get around Prague, especially for tourists. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I stayed half-board with breakfast and dinner included, and I was very impressed with the quality and variety of the food. The hotel also had a bar and daytime food service available, which was very convenient if you wanted drinks, snacks, or lunch during the day. I would happily stay again at this hotel.
