Extremely comfortable bed, clean and tidy room, the whole hotel smells nice, the hotel is located near the metro and tram station, there is a shopping center nearby
Several times there were not enough towels in the room, if you come later for breakfast/dinner there is a smaller selection of food

Good location.
The duvet covers were too small, and part of the duvet was exposed, which was not very hygienic. The sink was also too small, and I was not able to wash my hands properly.

Place is clean
When I made my reservation, it clearly stated “pay at the hotel.” However, one day before my trip, €127 was withdrawn from my account without prior notice. When I contacted the hotel, I was told is because it might be a fake reservation in order to obtain visa. This explanation was surprising, as I live in Greece (within the EU) and implys labeling which is wrong. The experience at the hotel was also disappointing. The receptionist was very rude and unprofessional for a 4-star property. When I asked about smoking, I was told: “No smoking here. If you smoke, pay €175 extra or go stand in the street.” There is no designated smoking area, and the way this was communicated felt disrespectful. For a 4-star hotel, the customer service and communication were far below expectations. If you are a smoker or expect professional and courteous service, you may want to consider other options

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel.Тhe staff was extremely friendly, polite, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and I felt very relaxed throughout my stay. The location of the hotel was also excellent, close to everything I needed, yet quiet and peaceful.
I truly have no complaints at all – everything exceeded my expectations.

The breakfast was good. Lot of options. Tasty.
As a solo female traveler i felt very unsafe and uncomfortable. Male employee used my personal data what i provided during check-in with him for his personal use. Room was damaged ( front door) and dirty. When i turned on shower. Small black pieces filled a bathtub. Curtains were very greasy and dirty. TV was not smart at all. Basically just basic channels available and you could not use any streaming apps ( netflix,…) Not what i would expect in 4star hotel.
