Great hotel, located a bit outside the city center, but very easily accessible by public transport (300 meters to metro line B). Our room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and soundproof. The breakfast was extensive and delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially receptionist Crostislav!

- Rooms are quite spacious, - Beds are good and soft, with sux pillows. - Amentities are well stuffed. - Staff is helpfull and supportive. - Rooms are soundproof and well serviced.
- Location far away from stations, Only Andel metro in 500 meters. - Nespresso Coffee machine did not work.

I loved the variety of options at the breakfast and that my room was always super clean when I came back to my room.

Comfortable bed. Clean and soundproof room. Good location, close to metro and bus station.
Breakfast service didn't meet expectations. Too many people at once - stuff, food and seats missing. Coffee quality very poor. Connecting rooms not soundproof at all.

Good hotel, close to Andel Shopping Center and bus station. Very clean, very well maintained. Good breakfast. I have stayed here numerous times and will continue to do so. It's good value for money for both business and private trips to Prague.

The location is quiet, away from the super busy touristy area. It is clean, minimalist style, decent breakfast.
This was my 3rd time staying here and noticed that the breakfast food might’ve gone through a…shrinkflation?! Coffee could be better. Also could use a separate water urn or dispenser. The room faced the back and even though I was in the 6th floor I couldn’t really see outside bec it faced out to another window etc
