Cleanliness, breakfast, size of the room, location
The staff's attitude was disappointing. I asked whether I could extend my stay by an additional night, and was told to check online and make the booking myself. Prices had supposedly increased significantly but in reality, the rate at booking.com was actually lower than what I had paid for the first two nights. So had the staff checked and assisted, the hotel would have earned more from my extended stay. Neverthrless, this experience left a poor impression and ultimately I decided not to extend my stay at this hotel. The other staff members I spoke to were very friendly and professional, though. No slippers were provided, which was particularly inconvenient given that part of the room's flooring is exposed concrete and uncomfortable to walk on barefoot. The "double bed" was in fact two single beds pushed together. The mattresses were of a cheapest type and very uncomfortable to sleep on. Overall, at >>EUR 100 pn, the hotel is significantly overpriced for what you get.

We had a wonderful stay and were very impressed by the hospitality of the staff. From the moment we arrived, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and eager to assist with any request. As a pleasant surprise, we were offered a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The upgraded room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, adding a special touch to our experience. The staff's professionalism and genuine care for guests truly stood out and made us feel valued throughout our stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit memorable. We would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. However, I was disappointed to discover after returning home that some of my belongings were missing from my suitcase after the room had been cleaned. Unfortunately, I did not notice it until after the trip. While I appreciated the overall service and cleanliness, this experience left me very disappointed.

Location and faclities. Bteakfast was superb.
2 quilts on a doublebed was strange. Whne asked the recepfion they said we have 2 quilts on double bed as well since fheu join to single beds to present it has a double bed to couples.
