Its location and ambience
No tea or coffee in the room, though an electric kettle was in the room. The staff were very unhelpful and not friendly

The air conditioner wasn't working at first, and it was not too good to wait for a technician to repair it and i asked to change the room because of that, but the reception told me that there were no free rooms although I look in Booking.de and there were free room, i took photos and I can send it

NH Prague City Hotel is a great hotel in Prague. Firstly, I would like to mention the friendly and professional staff who are always ready to help and answer all our questions. All the bars in the hotel are operational, and the breakfast is excellent.
The breakfast at NH Prague City Hotel is varied and delicious, with a great selection of dishes to suit everyone's taste. Every morning, we enjoyed fresh fruits, pastries, eggs, omelettes, and much more. The quality of the food was high, and the service was fast and attentive.

Location, the hotel, the terrace/balcony in the room. Overall the room was great. Very good breakfast.
There was a strange moldy smell when we first entered the room. Probably from the drain in the kitchen sink in the room. But it went away when we did some ventilation.
And underground car parking was surprisingly expensive.
