The location, view from room and cleanliness of the room. Also bathtub was great. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Room was great, but no wallplugs for plugging in the coffee machine or kettle, so we had to have those of floor. Heating / AC was a bit noisy.

The location is great. And the looks are pretty good.
I was booked for 3 nights and when I got there decided to book an extra night. The lady at the front desk “looked” and said it was booked for the night I was looking for. So, since I decided to leave somewhere else, I started looking online again and the first place that appears on the search is the same NH hotel, funny because she said it was booked. But I still booked the night at the hotel. The second room I chose, had a strong dust smell, but since it was for only one night I didn’t complain.

Reasonably priced, rooms good, bar and breakfast ok for the price. Location is a bit off everything. You have to walk 10min to metro, shopping, restaurants. Old town is about half an hour to hour away by foot. Hotel is located at a hill with an elevator to the hill though, which is nice for a walk.
Over four days the WiFi and internet never worked properly. Staff claimed it would, but it did not with multiple devices on different locations in the hotel. Constant reconnection to WiFi required. Connections unstable and dropping every some minutes etc.. First in a long time I had such persistent internet problems in a modern hotel.

The view, cleanliness, tasty breakfast with great choice of dishes. I liked the environment-friendly hotel concept a lot (you can get a free drink in the bar when you stay for more than 1 night and refuse from daily room cleaning).
Location is pretty far from city centre, but easily accessible with a tram. Moreover, the hotel is near a very nice park which is definitely worth to walk through.

Parking could be a bit cheaper but next door is a Mr Parkit location, with this you can park for half the price as long as you book in advance.

Wonderful
Great big room for a family with kitchen and spacious balcony, nice view of the city. Lovely green surraundings with cable car from hotel lobby to second NH restorant in the little forest like park Mrazovka. Nearby is a shopping mall Novy Smichov (100-200 m) and metro/tram station.
