The location of the hotel is the only good thing about it.
The room could be cleaner, there was a lot of dust, stained curtains and bed sheets. On the second night we were out of light, they did offered a room move but we opted to wait for them to fix it. Lifts we're constantly out of service. I've seen some reviews praising the staff, that is not the case. They are not welcoming at all, they barely say good morning when u pass next to them, a male receptionist gave as an answer when we asked for the ice "GO GET IT YOURSELF". They looked the hotel at some point cause of security in the middle of the day, however when we left the key in the room and asked receptionist for another one, she didn't even asked us for the name or any form of confirmation that we are actually staying in that room. She just hand us the key. We could literally say any room number and she would give us the key. I work in a hotel, and level or the customer service here is equivalent to 0.

Room was large and comfortable; breakfast was very good and servers in breakfast room were attentive and gracious; location was central to everything we wanted to do; bathroom was separated enough from room that it was easy to not wake up partner due to turning on the lights during night if needed to use bathroom; shower rainhead was great!
Bedding/bed was a bit lumpy; pillows were not great but that could be because they were not as firm as I preferred.

Great hotel with a good location. Staff was so professional and available to help in any situation, they speak a very good English. The hotel location is great because not so far from the main square, which can be reached by walking 5 mins. The hotel has double windows so when the window is closed it's so quiet. Room was very clean and smelled fresh.

The shower in the room was very nice.
The Hotel was located at the top of a hill. Upon arrival there was a steep staircase you are required to use to get to the reception area. This information was never advertised. For seniors or those with mobility issues it's problematic. Air conditioning was not functioning.
