Exceptional
The suite was very spacious and comfortable. It had two separate rooms in addition to small kitchenette. The bathroom was also very large with shower, bathtub and bidet! We also loved the breakfast. ,
Our arrival was a little confusing as the front door is locked and there isn’t always someone at the front desk. We had to call for someone to let us in. We noticed other confused arrivals.

Location
NO AC. Paid over 300/ night for 2 nights and we sweated both night because room was over 85 degrees. Switched room and got a fan. 2nd night but no AC. See other reviews. No desk after 8 pm, no mini bar. NOT 4 star hotel.

Best location. Huge room, friendly helpful staff. Refrigerator in room with ice cube tray
A/C in our room didn’t work well. Temperature around 25C for sleeping. To hot. Open windows, too noisy.

There wasn’t much to like about the property. There were stains on the ceiling with growing mold, stained and filthy carpets, and general conditions were deplorable. The front desk personnel was extremely rude and demanded additional money in cash when checking in. We were able to pay taxes the following morning by card when we checked out two days early. We were not comfortable staying at this property and were fortunate enough to get another hotel close by. I could never recommend this hotel.

Really nice large comfortable rooms. The bathroom was huge, with a separate bath and shower cubicle and underfloor heating. The breakfast was good too. Location is 4 min walk from the clock square.
It wasn’t a problem for us but the reception is not 24/7 which may be a problem for some.

Hotel has a good old town location, however it’s next to a lot of bars and it’s gets very loud at night. The breakfast isn’t that good, food looked not fresh and the assortment is limited. The staff is friendly and the rooms are nice.

Our opinion as professional travellers we liked the location, we got early check in but the breakfast is poor, we booked apartment with two bed rooms but the asked us to pat 60 euros extra. It is expensive property compared to other places in Prague In general the service is not good.

Excellent location right next to Tyn Church and the Astronomical Clock. Room huge. Breakfasts was good. Quiet area but within strolling distance to excellent dining and entertainment facilities. Airport transportation arranged.
Room advertising a balcony but not provided. Classed as 4* but actually a superb B&B. Reception only open 8am to 8 pm with access outside those times by room key only.

The location was excellent, making it easy to get around. The room was spacious, with comfortable beds and a large bathroom. Breakfast was good, though the selection could be more varied. The staff was very nice and helpful. Overall, it was a great choice for a comfortable stay!
