Absolutely horendous experience, we were cancelled on the day of our arrival at 13:00 with a credit of extra 60 EUR to book something else - are you kidding Booking.com and Myo Mysterious? Totally unacceptable. Took a few days to return the money - what if we didn’t have extra money to book for 3 nights last minute in Prague? What entitles you to this kind of behavior towards your customers?
The next day we arrived to the hotel to inquire what happened and the your gentleman in the reception desk was exceptionally rude. The only bright moment was the lady Mrs. Modrá who was kind and understanding. Obviously the hotel is closed!!! How could you accept our reservation and not let us know at least a week before arrival? You must have known you are closing!

Good location
No heater when we checked in. We were told to look for another hotel. We missed our excursion that we booked for the day since we were busy packing our stuff, looking for a hotel and bringing our stuff to the other hotel. I was looking forward to that excursion and lost money since we were not able to make it.

Very good value for the money: a big clean apartment with one sleeping room and a huge living room, a huge bathroom with both bath and a shower with a warming floor (!!) and a strong water stream. The location is perfect - close to everything we possibly needed. The bad was huge and very comfortable.
I would improve a bit the breakfast - a coffee machine instead of instant coffee, for example. Maybe a bit more variety of different healthy food. Yet in general it was perfectly fine.
Also self check-in might be a bit confusing at evenings, but we figured it out by ourselves pretty quickly. And if someone still needs help with that, as we saw, the staff is available by phone, so no big deal here as well.

Very nice place. In old city center close to a lot of nice places.
The breakfast was good, large room and quite place even if close to main road. The check in and check out are completely automatic and you receive your room key by phone regardless the arrival time.
It's possible also to leave luggage if you plan morning trip.
The room was warmer than expected and control system for fan was not working. I try to ask for help but didn't receive any reply.
Day after, the receptionist help me.
Take in account that Myo hotel is managed 90% by remote... Missin answer could be an issue.

Quite place.
Close to the subway and the City Center.
Amazing coffee!
The breakfast is not that rich as in other hotels but it was absolutely enough to gain energy and feel satisfied.

The hotel was in the perfect location. Quick walk to the main square. We could see the top of Tyn church from our balcony. It was very quiet inside and the bed was extremely comfortable. The best I've slept in. Nice big bathroom. The breakfast was great too. Very fresh and lots of variety. Verdi was on reception every day and it was nice to have someone there. He was very friendly, helpful and always had a smile. He is very good for the hotel. I would stay here again and definitely recommend. Thank you Verdi.
It was a little bit dark in the kitchen area. The booking said the TV had satellite channels but there were only four channels
