The staff were all lovely especially Ira. She was so welcoming and helpful.
It was raining the first morning and she kindly let me borrow her umbrella for the day. She was very kind and provided lots of recommendations
I liked everything
I have one suggestion that would make this property 11/10...maybe put in some washers and dryers for guests that would be excellent.
However this place is great and I highly recommend. Would definitely come back.

Location was fantastic. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
I guess you cant please everyone but maybe a bit more variety for a hot breakfast for vegetarians might be good- baked beans world be a welcome addition! The pastries and cakes were delicious.

.the crew and the perfect location..
Ac was broken when outside it was 30c.
Took 2 days to move me to another room with technical problem with a key
The crew where wonderful and tried to help.
But 2 days with a noisy broken fan wasn't a pleasant.
And the breakfast is not well

Did not have a key to the room, had to ask concierge to open the door , was a little inconvenient. It might have been just our room that was the issue.
