This hotel was truly amazing! The location is perfect – just a short 2-minute walk to all the most beautiful and interesting places in the center. Everything was beyond our expectations: the staff were so welcoming, the food was delicious, the rooms and beds were super comfortable, and everything was perfectly clean. A very special thanks to Nicat, the Azerbaijani manager at the reception, who helped us with every little detail and made us feel at home. We felt real hospitality here, and in one word – the hotel is wonderful!

The location is super good, very close to the main attractions in the Old Town. The hotel is done in old style which both loved. The breakfast is delicious and provides a lot of choices. The bed and mattresses are super comfortable.
The only one thing that might be improved is the quality of the coffee for breakfast. I tried both coffee from coffee machine and Americano style coffee and… neither of them tasted as it should be.

Thank you to the staff at Hotel Caruso. I had a wonderful stay. Beautiful property, full of old world charm, meticulously clean, artistically and thoughtfully decorated with Bohemium crystal, Alfonse Mucha and other beautiful artwork. Fabulous location walking distance to everything and great to have the 24 hour reception. The staff were consistently kind, courteous and helpful. I was particularly grateful for their gracious responses to me as before arrival I had been a tad anxious as an older person travelling solo. They could not have been more helpful . Sumptuous generous breakfast with everything you could want (lots of options, suit all tastes). I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend it to others.

Spacious clean room, cosy beds, breakfast was nice.
Though it's near the old town square there is not a near bus/tram/metro stop so sometimes we had to walk 15-30 minutes to return to the hotel in top of the walks we did in our trip.

The location was perfect. Close to good restaurants. The staff gave us the names of places to eat. They were very helpful
The curtain in the bathroom was black and was too dark to see during the shower. Was also very short and didn’t cover good. The cleaning ladies didn’t clean properly. The breakfast needs an update.

Spacious room and bathroom with shower. Excellent location and very close to main square. Excellent breakfast, super comfy beds. Had a problem with shower and was fixed straight away.
The bar was disappointing and uninviting in my opinion. Was in the entrance area, no body behind bar and think front desk we’re covering bar aswell .. we didn’t have a drink there and I didnt see anyone else either .. not major problem though !
