The front desk staff was welcoming upon arrival and helpful with dining suggestions as well as directions throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast options were plentiful.

Close to everything
The staff was rude in their attitude
We have a late checkout because of medical reasons and they wanted to charge us
And also the employee told me she don’t like me as a customer so I asked to speak with the manager and she told me they gonna block me at booking

The Hotel location was well within walking distance to all of the old town area that I was very interested in seeing! The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. I chose the basic room, which was small but PERFECT for a solo traveler.
In my opinion, this Hotel was exceptional! The staff was friendly and attentive, so I have no "negatives" for this hotel!
I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Prague! :)

Room size, great location, cleanliness and value for money, good WiFi.
Bed was not very comfortable (sagging mattress) and the air conditioner was not strong enough, so we had trouble getting a good sleep.
