The room was very comfortable and quiet. It was also warm, well equipped and well thought out. Eg with blackout curtains and shutters on the windows.

A beautiful hotel, thoughtfully designed. Clean, comfortable, lovely breakfast and very friendly staff. Excellent value for money and a great location, close to everything, including trams, yet far enough way to get a good nights sleep at the end of a busy day exploring the city. Thank you for such a pleasant stay
The pillows have no support, so not the best if you suffer with neck or back problems.

Location is great, clean and beautiful rooms.
The new centralised heating was not great, ended up being cold all the time, called several times to reception to increase the temperature to no avail, always blamed on us for doing something wrong
