Our room was one of the most beautiful places, with windows on three sides it felt as if you were floating over the city, the terrace beautiful, we took a bath under the stars every night. Absolutely the private spa was worth the expense. Breakfast was wonderful and in the day we left as we had to go to early fir it, the hotel had to go take away breakfasts waiting for us. Would stay here again. Easy access to transportation- the 2 and 18 tram took us right into town.
The only this which was not really a negative but a heads up might have been nice that our room was accessible by stairs only. My husband used a cane but we managed.

First of all the location is great, near everything you need like good shops and restaurants. We walked everywhere. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, super clean and extremely friendly. The design / art aspect was particularly appealing to us and I think it surpassed our expectations especially the bar & library area which was so nice to relax in with a glass of prosecco! The broad selection of fresh dishes at breakfast is fantastic and its a really nice ambiance in the restaurant too. This becomes QQ Kitchen in the evening which we tried out and loved the Asian fusion food there. The room itself and bathroom were immaculate, comfortable, well equipped and very quiet. We wouldnt hesitate in staying again when we next visit Prague.
The air con in room wouldnt seem to go down below a certain point so we controlled the heat using the window which was fine as a quiet area.

The beauty, the functionality and the warm and welcoming staff.
Nothing really , except we could have done with a heads up that our rooms access involved a curved flight of stairs that could use additional handrails.

The hotel was chic with good size rooms and a large bathroom. The design was lovely and the beds comfortable. The staff were super helpful and had a store to leave your bags after check out! The location was great, within walking distance of most city sites and close to the metro.

One of the best hotels Ive ever stayed in. Everything was perfect. Very pleasant and attentive to details staff, delicious breakfast, cozy rooms and design of the hotel in general and great SPA. In terms of location this hotel is in the heart of Prague, within 10-15 min walk to the main sights. Definitely gonna stay here next time Im in Prague.

The staff was bery nice and helpfull. Due to our anniversary we have got unexepected suprise - upgraded room with bottle of wine and grettings cards. That was very nice The balcony with mushroom lamps creates a charming atmosfphere in the evening
