Lovely design and great lobby bar. Happy with location.
Bed was very uncomfortable Had to check out early as couldn’t sleep on it They did offer a mattress topper but they would only have made it slight less firm. The beds are mattresses on metal shelves.

Genuinely one of the best value hotels I’ve stayed in. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, we were given early check-in, a free welcome drink (including alcohol), and even a complimentary bottle of prosecco for our engagement which was a brilliant touch. Daily room service, a cheap minibar, free luggage storage, and a great location just outside the centre next to the famous statue made it even better.
Honestly no negatives — just make sure you book the spa in advance as it fills up quickly.

Thank you so much for everything. We used to live in Prague for a most wonderful 8 years and it was an amazing to come back to the hotel just right to our previous home. Amazing stuff, an amazing food, very clean. So cosy and comfortable. Our youngest son kept on says he likes a 'penguin" /krtecek/. Thank you and wish you all the best. The staff was really friendly. Room had everything it needs. The private spa is a big plus (booked it in advance). We also booked a massage and it was very good as well. Perfect location.
Although they cleaned the room everyday, the sheets weren‘t clean. Fitness is not in the same hotel which is sad. Big minus for the view. We stayed in room 211 and when we looked out of the window the only thing we we‘re able to see was a wall. No daylight and no chance to see what kind of weather it is.

Nice clean accomodation - photos online representative of what you will get. Staff friendly, location perfect for walking around old town + 20-30min (~30€) uber ride from airport

Excellent size room with all necessary facilities in room for a comfortable stay. It was great to have the private spa on site to make it that bit more special, library area was also great.
Cups in the room for tea very small. Beds a little high off the ground, but i'm quite short
