Beautiful hotel. Rooms well maintained. Good location - just 10-15 minutes walk from the old town. Staff was very nice.
On the second day they didn't clean our room by 3pm and then we were already back in the rooms. Corridors are extremely dark for some reason.

The room very comfortable and the staff was nice and helpful. They had really cosy bar downstairs, lovely area. Everything you need was nearby.

The staff was polite and professional, we had a warm welcome to the hotel. The rooms was clean and nicely decorated. The furniture is comfy. The buffet breakfast was not bad, there were all the basics plus some nice additions like prosecco.
The location was just right for us, away from the crowded old city but very close to the tram stops and a walking distance from Vltava riverbanks.

The breakfast was exceptional! The room was small but beds were quite comfortable. The rooms and hotel were very clean the the staff was awesome. The massage therapists were wonderful as well!

The lobby area with the bar was very cozy for grabbing a cocktail and relaxing. We enjoyed the breakfast too.
Our room was too cold, and we couldn’t really control the AC - even with the ventilator off there was cold air coming from the vents constantly. +/- didn’t really affect the temperature in the room (we tried everything the staff recommended)
The lack of natural light on the 1st floor was also not nice. It felt a bit like a basement apartment.

The staff was so nice, the room was comfortable and very intuitive. It had everything you would need and lots of extra little details I never would have expected. Breakfast was great and the location couldn't be better. There are two tram stops just a couple minutes away.
The only complaint I have is the room shower. It has a stupid rainfall shower and a handheld piece, neither of which has any measurable water pressure. And the water would constantly go from hot to cold while showering. The whole thing was awkward and frustrating.

Wonderful
We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is set in a lovely, peaceful environment, yet it's only a 15-minute walk to the Old Town and is easily accessible by public transport.
The staff were exceptional. We were travelling with a baby under one year old, and they went above and beyond to help us with our baby's meals, making our stay much more comfortable. Their kindness and attentiveness were truly appreciated.
One minor drawback was that the room temperature was fixed at 21°C and couldn't be adjusted, which made the room feel a little colder than we would have liked. However, the staff were very accommodating and promptly provided us with portable heaters, which made the room much more comfortable.
