Great location close to the city center and metro station. We also loved the privat spa that you can book for an extra fee but it was definitely worth it. Would come back anytime!

Staff super welcoming, lovely relaxing spaces/communal areas. Great value for money and walking distance to anything and everything.
May have being my fault booking but our double bed was two single beds pulled together.

The location was great, close to public transport and close to a couple of sites on our itinerary (e.g. dancing house). The decor was cute, the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was decent. The bar/lounge area was cute and the staff there were lovely. The gym was also decently sized. We managed to get checked in a little early, which was nice. The younger lady at the reception was lovely! Facilities were definitely worth the price we paid.
- I would've given this a higher rating if it wasn't for the atrocious service from the older lady at the front desk (Petra, I think her tag said). I have not been this frustrated with service in a long time. My first encounter was when I needed to book a service, I said hello to get her attention & she didn't even look up from the very important business on her laptop. I then assumed she didn't work there & SAT IN FRONT OF HER for over 5 minutes (the desk is 2feet wide, she knew I was there) & she continued typing away until a queue had formed behind us. It was so odd (why not even look up & greet back?) I still have no clue what the motivation behind that was. She was dismissive & unhelpful with enquiries. Even as we checked out, she was the only one there & she didn't bother asking how the stay was etc. Just asked us to pay our bill & said bye...again glued to the laptop & barely looking up. It's like you're inconveniencing her with your presence. Service is the bread & butter of this industry. If you hate dealing with customers, find a different role or do paperwork in an office while someone else mans the reception. In that space you are the face of the company. There is no reason why you're costing this establishment ratings because you treat customers like they are the scum at the bottom of your shoe. Disappointing really.
-The room temperature seems to be centrally controlled so it got a bit chilly in the night and we couldn't change it.

Amazing, clean, helpful and excellent staff-service.
Only minor thing for the bed it was 2 singles connected instead of 1 big bed and the quilts where again 2 singles. Would prefer a big quilt but that makes it a 9.8/10 so overall great experience.

Gorgeous hotel in the perfect location, really comfortable beds and pillows, spotless clean. Highly recommend a room with a balcony, we had gorgeous sunset views and the rooms opposite had views of Prague Castle. Our second time staying and we will be back.

The stay was very comfortable. The hotel is stylish with character and has a cozy cafe. It was located in a relatively good location as Prague is very walkable. The staff were lovely and accommodating to our requests for early check-in / late check-out.
The options for breakfast in the cafe were limited. The very high toilet seat and bathtub in the room made the bathroom slightly uncomfortable to use.

Everything was great. My wife said that this is perhaps the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in and we’ve stayed at a lot of nice hotels. The staff were all very friendly. The breakfast was great. The hotel was not noisy.

We loved it. The balcony was absolutely magical. Close to town, great value for money, helpful staff, breakfast was all that you need.
We didn’t love the Asian restaurant downstairs - there are much better restaurants in town that charge less. We found the food incredibly salty.
