The property is clean, well appointed and close to transit and easy walking distance to many things that we wanted to get to
The room itself is very small, and oddly shaped. There is little space for hanging or putting away clothes and other items, but also no unobtrusive space to put bags

A beautiful and clean hotel in a great location. Very lively lobby with great desserts. The breakfast was excellent with great americano coffee and all the food was very tasty. Great staff as well, especially Barbara from the breakfast buffet who was so kind and hard working. We also tried the QQ kitchen restaurant located in the hotel and the food was sooo good. Highly recommended

Great location and beautiful rooms
The staff at reception double charged us for our stay then didn’t believe me when I tried to tell them this. They did refund me a few days later however I was frustrated by how rude they were to me.

The room was comfortable and quiet. The ability to close and open shutters with a button was neat. The shower drained well and was clean. The breakfast options in the café were excellent! And the the garden was peaceful with a nice koi pond. The champagne waiting in the room for us upon arrival was a nice surprise.
The unfrosted glass at the top of the bathroom allows light into the room when someone uses the bathroom at night. Not a huge issue

Our 6th floor balcony room was a delight! Roomy, comfortable and still warm enough to keep the windows open and hang out on the balcony. Loved it!

location is outstanding, just outside of the tourist areas, but walkable to everything. The hotel is stylish and fun, the room is great, very quiet at night. Clean, comfortable and well appointed. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent as well. Definitely recommend.
Nothing really...hard to complain. The room we were in was slightly tight for 2 people and all our luggage, but not bad. Bathroom was large and very nice.

The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. We loved the decorations and design, particularly the cow guarding the front window. The rooms were very tastefully decorated. The location was great for us--within reasonable walking distance of many major places worth visiting. Staré Město was about 15 minutes away. The hotel contained lots of little amenities and thoughtful touches in the reasonably-spacious room, as well as throughout the property.
There's really very little to not like. If you're not familiar with European hotels, be prepared for half-bed duvets. (Some hotels will provide you with a larger one.)

The entire feel has to very cool retro vibe even being modern. I highly recommend getting a balcony. Breakfast was also surprisingly good for a buffet and the location is just away from the madness that is Prague 1.
Not their fault but the water to the entire area stopped working for half a day.
