The apartment was modern, and it was very clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff kept the apartment clean every day, the beds were made, and sheets were changed. The breakfast buffet was fabulous.

Kitchen facility and kitchenwares were sufficient and great. Room size was not big but with high ceilings we (a family of 4) felt very comfortable.
The shower room was too small for adults. And a minor point is that the housekeeper sometimes forgot to provide supplements of teabags, dish washer detergent, or washing machine detergent. But we always called and got them immediately. So it’s no big deal.

It was an amazing stay as we did not expect it was such an elegant property in a historical building at such a good location, with perfect arrangement in every detail. The apartment is just like a suite in any other 5-star hotels. Entering the room after check-in, air-condition was on already and a bottle of sparking wine was on the table with our name on the welcome card from the GM. Furthermore, the reception staff were so friendly and so helpful, making us feel like at home during our stay. Once again our heartfelt thanks to the team and we would definitely come again to this hotel for a few more days next time we come to this beautiful city.

I liked everything about Mooo! Very cute and the room had everything I needed. Washing machine was especially helpful. Great location as well. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Prague again!

Very lovely apartment with lots of cow decorations that, while small, uses the space well. Toilet with sink is separate from the shower with sink. Nice breakfast in the Mosaic hotel next door. Great location, bakery and restaurant on the bottom floor. Good air conditioning in the bedroom. Washer in the room and dryer in a room down the hall shared with others on that floor.
The only thing we didn't like was we couldn't get the air to work in the front room and the heat came on. I asked the reception to explain how it works and they said they'd send someone from housekeeping, but we never saw anyone. Ask about the air con when you check in. It would be very helpful if they left instructions for air con, washer and dryer.

We had a great stay at the MOOo apartments. The beds were super comfortable with nice, crisp bedding. We had requested a few extra pillows and they were already in the room when we arrived. It was nice to have a washer and the drying rack was quite large and fit all of our clothes. The apartment was spacious with plenty of room to spread out, and it was uniquely decorated. There is an air conditioning/HVAC unit for each room, and it worked extremely well to cool the place down even on a very hot day. We appreciated the AC! The front desk staff at the sister hotel across the street (Mosaic Hotel) were very nice and helped to arrange an early taxi to the airport on our departure day. Each day housekeeping came and made the beds and freshened the rooms. There are grocery stores within walking distance as well as the delicious Arctic bakery and many restaurants. This apartment is in New Town, and was about a 15-20 minute walk to Old Town, but despite the walk we really appreciated being in a quieter area away from the chaotic main tourist area. We took a taxi twice, for example we took a taxi to the castle district to save time but then we walked back down the hill. We would stay here again.
We were on the 5th floor in apartment 22. One of the bathrooms was very, very dark and did not have ample lighting. There seems to be a regenerating hot water tank specifically for this apartment with the access panel being in the shower, and that is very good for the environment. But, you can't have the shower water on full blast or the hot water will run out in about 3 minutes. The solution is make sure you put the shower water on at around 70% flow, which is still plenty of water pressure, and then your water will not run out during your shower.

There is no elevator or escalator from hotel entry till the apartment elevator. Difficult if you have multiple heavy luggages

Location was great. Close to trams, groceries, and restaurants. Building was beautiful and apartment was very comfortable. Loved the waterfall shower! Loved Prague!

My family and I stayed for 2 nights. The room had everything we needed; we only requested an external heater because it was a little bit cold (because of weather), and it was brought immediately. We stayed in a suite, which was extremely fresh. I also loved the cleanliness; it was truly a much better stay than I expected!

We stayed here for a few days with our toddler, Everything was great, the apartments are spacious and clean. They provided us with a crib and also a baby chair and they were both great. The staff was super helpful and responded quickly to all of our requests.
The only minus was that the water temperature in the shower was not consistent and would often "switch" from hot to cold.

Very comfortable and clean apartment in what appears to have been a large villa. Hotel and housekeeping staff excellent. Good good. News channels and Netflix on television. We walked to almost all the sights.
Nothing really, but guests should know that there are about 20 stairs from the lobby to the first (USA second) floor to get the elevator.

Staff was very helpful, especially with storing our luggage. The apartment was spacious & clean; the beds and pillows were quite comfortable. Breakfast was a good variety - eggs, sausages, yogurt, cereal, pastries, juice, coffee. The location was great - easy to use the street cars.
