The most amazing place to stay. Staff at the sister hotel for check in were lovely. We went to the cafe there twice and all staff were super friendly and welcoming.
The building for the apartments is beautiful and the apartment was more than we could have hoped for with little added extras and touches that just made the stay special. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this place. We kept saying we couldnt believe we had got somewhere so nice for the price and didnt want to leave!

The hotel was stunning and very well situated to walk to everything in the city, even with a pram in tow. They had excellent recommendations for food and were very helpful. The massages there are fantastic - highly recommend. We didnt try breakfast or dinner there but it looked good. The bar and quiet spaces were also lovely. Our apartment was perfect, spacious and quiet and came equipped for a baby.
I could not find baby changing facilities within the hotel. We would have wanted to use the spa facilities but felt they were quite expensive - saying that, it is a small area and you do get private use.

I really hope everyone trusts my review on this place. I had never been to Prague before and I stayed here for a night for an excellent price. This apartment I stayed in was absolutely incredible. It was stylish, big enough for my friend and I, slightly modern too. The price, location and value for money was amazing. If we return to Prague I will most definitely be staying here again.

Everything! This place was fantastic! It was so well equipped. Beautifully furnished. It was quiet and in a very good location. Not far from a tram stop. The staff at the hotel were helpful. They made organising a taxi to the airport easy. We also took advantage of the breakfast which was nice. We felt at home here and spoiled with a complementary bottle of bubbly.

I loved the design and the extra bathroom in the hallway of our apartment.
It was a bit too hot inside I thought, but I feel that everywhere I go in Europe (indoors, in winter), the heating is in a full swing. Perhaps, we did not operate the heating properly.

The hotel was amazing, better than I imagined. It is close to the center and old town. Everything you need is just one step away. The apartment has everything you need: tea, coffee, good cosmetics in the form of soap and conditioner. Of particular note is the interior of the room. It looks like good style and very cozy. The staff brought champagne which was very nice.
We had a problem with warm water, but the staff sorted it out in an hour.
