The location was very good, close to the old town and close to the most important things you want to see in Prague also the fast public transport can get you even faster to where you want to go.
The facilities of the booking and everything we saw in the pictures,presentation of the apartament were spot on 100% true of what we were expecting of it and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Also the cleaning lady's did and amazing job every day we stayed (4 nights ) and kept the apartament like we find it on the first day we arrived there. Thank you for that.
And because we celebrated our son's birthday we got a beautiful card wishing him a good birthday, a nice champagne and a bottle of juice to celebrate it. Thank you !
Overall a very great experience, pictures and good reviews of MOOo Downtown makes this booking true justice.
I strongly recommend it and for sure will return here in future.
Not much to say here really, maybe the temperature of the radiators could of been a bit higher but we used the ac vent to heat up a bit more so it was fine :)

Fabulous location! We did not have the breakfast but did enjoy a glass of wine and snack in the cozy lobby at the Mosaic House. The apartment had great space with a very comfortable couch to relax after a busy day of sightseeing.

It has 2 living areas so it's like having a kids bedroom in the living room with its kitchen fully stocked dishwasher with a pod provided on a daily basis, oven, stove and TV. The only missing appliance is a microwave, because there's toaster and even a nespresso coffee machine with capsules provided daily. It's as as if you are living in Prague on your second home. We used the washing machine 3 times and packed back home with the laundry done. We loved it!
There's a big flight of stairs before reaching the elevator. It could be a deal-breaker for handicapped travelers. If you have no problem with stairs look no more, this is an outstanding apartment with the convinience of a hotel in downtown area which allows you to walk everywhere.

This apartment was AMAZING! The rooftop deck overlooking Prague castle was just so beautiful. The apartment itself was spacious and so clean! Could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay in Prague. Wish we could have stayed longer.

During my last 2 stays at this wonderful spot there was a wifi issue, which was finally solved and I'm very glad for that.
Overall, the chain is my beloved place for stay when I'm in Prague. Its simply charming. And the staff was the most welcome staff that I've seen in years.
On high season the rates of some rooms can be extremely high, but when booked on low season, the quality/value of the service that you get here is unbeatable.

Exceptional in every way! Linens were excellent quality and room was stocked with everything including daily replenishment of coffee pods. Modern bathrooms with bedroom lights you control at the door and in bed. They really thought of everything to make our stay wonderful, including a Christmas tree! Location is on a quiet street and a 15 minute easy walk to Old Town Square and a few more minutes to St. Charles bridge. We walked everywhere and only used an Uber once. Perfect for 5-6 people. Rooftop patio view looking over to the palace was panoramic. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent value for the money. The apartment was big and the location was superb. I asked if it's possible to put us in a high floor and they delivered, which is super rare in my experience. Being out in the balcony and taking the city all in was exhilarating. If I come back to Prague, I will definitely book with this hotel again.
As big as the apartment was, the bathroom was really tiny and there was little space in the shower.

Theme decor, DAILY ROOM SERVICE, clean, welcome sparkling wine, front desk service at hotel across the street.
One small matter: "Upper floors accessible by elevator." as stated in Booking.com. Description should state "AFTER 40 stairs to First floor".
