A wonderful hotel: stylish, comfortable, and truly family-friendly. The design is modern and creative, giving the place a unique vibe, while everything feels high-quality and well thought out. The staff were exceptionally kind, helpful, and welcoming. We enjoyed every moment and would love to come back!
The only small drawback is that it’s a bit far from the city center. The walk was a bit tiring for the kids, but there’s a train line right next to the hotel, so it’s really just a minor issue.

What a great place! We stayed at Mooo Downtown in Prague as a family of four adults, and it exceeded our expectations. The design of the apartments is beautiful and modern, a welcoming atmosphere right from the start. Everything was spotless on arrival and cleaned daily during our stay, which we really appreciated.
We had a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment, and it was both spacious and very quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The kitchen was well equipped for a family stay, making it easy to prepare meals when we wanted to.
The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. The location is excellent: very close to restaurants, supermarkets, and within about 10–18 minutes walking distance to most of Prague’s main attractions.
We would happily stay here again.
The only minor drawback we noticed was with the water heating: if two people shower at the same time, the hot water may run out quickly. It wasn’t a major issue, as we simply timed our showers and it worked fine, but it’s worth noting.

Had everything we needed including capsules for washing machine and dishwasher. Coffee capsules replenished daily we even got a complementary sparkling wine which was a very nice touch. Clean and very well maintained. Looks like everything is handled with great care. Central location, nice staff.

Beautiful 3 bedroom penthouse with 3 bathrooms was perfect for our stay in Prague. Beds were comfy, the space was clean. Had a patio with a great view of Prague castle and then national theatre.

The location of the property was very good
The bed was very hard. The sofa was very hard,
Uncomfortable. There was no towel bar in the bathroom for towels and the shower was so small.
The apartment felt dark. The air conditioner was set too warm for the weather and could not be adjusted.

It has 2 living areas so it's like having a kids bedroom in the living room with its kitchen fully stocked dishwasher with a pod provided on a daily basis, oven, stove and TV. The only missing appliance is a microwave, because there's toaster and even a nespresso coffee machine with capsules provided daily. It's as as if you are living in Prague on your second home. We used the washing machine 3 times and packed back home with the laundry done. We loved it!
There's a big flight of stairs before reaching the elevator. It could be a deal-breaker for handicapped travelers. If you have no problem with stairs look no more, this is an outstanding apartment with the convinience of a hotel in downtown area which allows you to walk everywhere.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is incredibly convenient – right in the heart of the city, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and shops. It was the perfect base for exploring the area.
The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and very well-equipped. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully stocked kitchen, modern bathroom, and even a washing machine. The bed was comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable.
Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. I would definitely come back!

Everything. Apartment was beautiful, 3 toilets, all the facilities, excellent location. The airport shuttle service was also good and reasonably priced.
Our bed had a really hard mattress, but it’s a matter of preference, it wasn’t impacting anything too much.
