Excellent property. It was spacious and extremely well decorated. It had all the amenities that a group could ask for. It has a large sitting area and a smaller private area if one wanted to be alone. The patio has an amazing view of the Prague Castle in the distance.
Only one bedroom had an ensuite bath, but that was no big deal. There were 3 bathrooms in the unit so every bedroom had their own bathroom.

The apartment is linked to the Mosaic Hotel opposite where you could have breakfast. I liked the fact it was just a short walk from most places but quiet every evening. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone.

We had a fabulous stay in a one bedroom apartment at the Mooo Downtown. The apartment was very stylish, spacious, clean and quiet. Super comfortable bed and pillows. The entrance had a mild botanical scent which was very pleasant. We arrived to a welcome note and a bottle of prosecco which was a nice touch! Perfect location within walking distance to the main attractions. I’d definitely recommend staying at this hotel.
The only thing to consider is that there are approximately 18 steps to take your luggage up to before reaching the elevator. However once we were settled it’s wasn’t an issue.

We stayed there twice, after the first time that was very good! We got the same size apartment but in a higher floor and it was not as good as the previous apartment, only 1 remote control for all the rooms to share. TV’s on this apartment wasn’t smart TV’s like we had in the first apartment on floor 2. The boiler cabinet in the bathroom kept opening. So based on our fisrt stay we will give it a 10 and based on the second time we’ll give it an 8

MOOo Downtown is in a great location in the heart of Prague, within a short distance of both the river and the main streets. You can easily explore the area on foot or take a tram, depending on what you prefer. The apartment was comfortable, and the showers were excellent, with very strong water pressure.
We arrived by car after a long road trip around the Czech Republic, and unfortunately there wasn't a convenient place to stop and unload our luggage. We had to do it quickly from the street, which was quite stressful with suitcases, car seats and strollers. Although the building has an elevator, there are several unavoidable staircases both before and after reaching it. Carrying luggage, strollers and car seats through these stairs can be quite difficult, especially for families with young children. We also felt that the room had too many decorative items. While the style is clearly intentional, for us it made the room feel visually busy and a little cluttered.

One of the best stays we had in Prague! Everything at Mooo Downtown was amazing — the place was beautiful, comfortable and very clean. The staff were absolutely wonderful, always friendly, welcoming and helpful. We truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely stay here again!

We visited in July 2026 as a family of five and stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment. The apartment was exceptionally clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The kitchen is large and highly practical for a family—it includes a large fridge with a spacious freezer, a microwave, an oven, and a dishwasher. The bedrooms are beautifully designed, and the brand-new air conditioning units are excellent.
The service from the desk at Mosaic House is simply amazing. They respond quickly, are always happy to help, and pay attention to every detail. It truly felt like VIP service; you can really tell how important it is to them that you enjoy your stay.
We enjoyed our time here immensely and will definitely be recommending it to others!
Accessibility: There are stairs at the entrance before you reach the elevator, which is a bit inconvenient if you are arriving with a baby stroller or carrying groceries.
Hot Water: The hot water boiler seems to operate on a heat pump system. You'll need to leave a 5 to 10-minute gap between showers to ensure everyone gets hot water.
Location & Transportation: The location is great—very close to the tram and the river, with a lovely promenade nearby. However, walking to the Old Town takes about 15–20 minutes. If you are traveling with children or a stroller, take this into consideration (especially on hot days). Fortunately, catching the tram gets you to the Astronomical Clock and the main points of interest in just a few short minutes!

Breakfast was good, but not great compared to some others. We had a 1 br apartment, which was very nice, but separate toilet room was almost as small as an airplane toilet.
