Location was perfect. Close to everything but not to busy.
Could have had the sheets and pillows available in the room for the pull out couch bed. We asked after the front desk was closed and did not have it for use the first night.

Amazing historical property, charming layout, close to Prague Castle, quiet and comfortable, refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, separate living area and bedroom, lovely courtyard, quirky Museum of Alchemy on-site, located in a quaint cobble stone street.
No hot water my last day (though no problem the first 5 nights), no breakfast offered (not a problem for me but some might miss that), not the most comfortable bed but the room was quiet, dark and I slept very well anyway.

It’s at a perfect location with great large bedrooms which come with two bath tubs. I was pleasantly surprised. :) It’s 5 minutes to castle with all other attractions in walking distance. We stayed at both west and east side of the river and we enjoyed the quietness of west side, especially in the evening. If you want to stay at west side , this is it! Stuff is friendly.
I find the online check in process a big complex. I have security concerns to put all personal info plus credit card information at the same time in the process. Maybe it’s just me. :)

The entire place is HUGE. Plenty of space for everyone. Two bathrooms.
The uphill walk towards the location and the spiral staircase. :( The beds were also very hard on my back.

The hotel was very clean, especially the linens, which felt fresh and well-maintained. Our room was spacious, with a good-sized bedroom and a comfortable living area that included a handy kitchenette. The location is excellent—very close to Prague Castle and conveniently near train stations.
The late check-in process was smooth, with clear instructions and easy key pickup from a lockbox.
There’s a restaurant on the ground floor with live music. While I didn’t mind the music at first, it became a bit loud when it shifted to harder rock later in the evening (though it ended by 10 PM).

The apartment itself was quite pleasant, well equipped, spacious, comfortable sofa and bed. The bathroom and shower worked well. The staff seemed friendly, but we interacted only once when we checked in.
My fault for not realizing there was no elevator. Mooo's faulty for having a warped, dangerous staircase to the first level of apartments. Ours was # 11. These are a lawsuit waiting to happen. These should be fixed during a low season when occupancy may be sparse.

Excellent location on a quiet side street. Has an Alchemist museum on the premises and a bar that serves drinks in beakers with fog bubbling out (dry ice). Fun! Lots of restaurants nearby and an excellent coffee shop with fresh in house baked pastries and breakfast foods around the corner (the back wall of the hotel courtyard is the wall of the coffee courtyard (Kafe & Hrnky). We arrived late, after reception had closed, they texted (WhatsApp) the keybox codes and we had no issues. I think reception hours are 9 am to 6 pm. Everyone was very nice, we needed to do laundry and the housekeeper did it free of charge (wash & dry). We would stay here again.

Beautiful location and lovely outdoor space and garden. The apartment was very spacious and very high-quality. The location could not be better, the restaurants all around it were wonderful. Had a very local feeling to it. Walking distance to everything!
The reception was very welcoming and helpful. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Prague. It is truly a gem and a gorgeous apartment. Don’t miss it!

The spaciousness was exceptional. Extremley modern and clean facilities. Location was quiet, quiant, and yet so much accesibility to sights and little shops. Short walk down towards the bridge provided everything from supermarket, coffees, snacks, food, and drinks. Top quality, and the young adults in the group loved it! Super comfy beds and living area. Kitchen has everything you need, and fridge was stocked with drinks for purchase! Free tea and coffee pods. Really impressed :-)
It is an uphill walk on the beautiful cobbled streets, and the winding stairs could be a bit of a challenege for some. We had no issues other than tired legs after days of walking the beautiful city :-)

Fantastic location (I mean absolutely the best but on a side street with little tourists coming by), lovely atrium with a museum and a restaurant with bar (great food and weird cocktails), the apartment was amazing - old tall roof but completely new and refurbished.
The parking could be closer, but I mean for this location it is great that they have the possibility to book private parking at the hospital nearby (5 min walk).

I loved the location so close to sights and an easy walk to the castle. We had a 2 bedroom apartment that was spacious and had all amenities needed.

The location of this property was perfect for our family: in short walk to all attractions, very close to Prague Castle, enough good restaurants, yet very quiet and safe. It fits all my location requirements perfectly. Inside it is very cozy and warm with warming floors in the bathrooms, so nice to come back from chilly walks in February. Beds are very comfortable. Cleaning every day adds to the value. Welcoming hosts are there to help and make some advice on good restaurants or activities.
Kitchen supplies are a bit limited for proper cooking for 5 adults: two small frying pans, no cutting boards. But plenty of restaurants around will make your hunger go.
