Location, cleanliness, rich breakfast and most of all the staff. Matej and Eliska from the reception team was very helpful and professional! They made our stay joyful with their smile,approach and communication. Both beautiful people and of course the rest of the staff.

Great location, lots of cafes restaurants and bars close by. friendly/helpful staff and good breakfast, bathroom good size and fridge in the room.
Being picky but not a reason not to stay - Room was roasting despite adjusting in room thermostat so needed to keep windows open. Pillows super flat and room 502 two wooden posts in the room just be careful in the middle of the night you dont walk into them.

The pillows: My partner loved them but for me they were very very soft and your head just sank into them. An option of firm pillows would have been ideal.

The hotel is quite and the breakfast is wonderful
The main problem was the room cleaning. Our room was not clean for two days and the towels were not changed even though we left them on the floor.
We told the receptionist but he could only replace the towels but not clean the room as the cleaning crew left for the day.
After complaining they extended the check out by three hours which was nice.
One thing that was problematic to me but not for my spouse was the length of the blankets and the thickness of the pillows. I guess its a matter of taste

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was a good size and comfortable. Great breakfast. Location was good, walk distances from main attractions.
Under the beds wasnt vacuum and had a lot of dust. It triggered my sister allergies but we just noticed it in the last day. The bathtub was slippery, could have a handle or anti slippery rug.

Our recent stay at MOODs Boutique Hotel in Prague was overall quite enjoyable, though we found one aspect deserving of further attention. The hotel's location in the heart of Prague proved to be exceptionally convenient, allowing us easy access to the city's top attractions. This central placement made our exploration of Prague's charm all the more accessible. The hotel staff continued to impress with their friendly and accommodating demeanor. Their attentiveness was a true highlight of our stay, and we were appreciative of their willingness to assist us throughout our visit.
However, we did encounter one minor setback during our staythe Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi connection was less reliable than we had hoped for, which made it a bit challenging to stay connected. It's worth noting that while this was a drawback, it did not significantly detract from our overall positive experience. While the breakfast served at the hotel was decent, we did find it to be somewhat unremarkable. While it fulfilled our basic morning sustenance needs, it lacked that extra touch that transforms a meal into a memorable experience. We believe there's potential for improvement in terms of variety and quality of breakfast offerings to elevate the overall guest experience. Despite the breakfast being just "okay," we were grateful for the other positive aspects of our stay, which made up for this minor setback.

First of all, we were greeted by a receptionist named Eliska with a big smile! So the beginning was very pleasant! The place is beautifully decorated, cozy, the rooms are spacious with large windows, everything we needed from the staff we got in seconds

DO NOT stay at this hotel. It is NOT a four-star hotel. Expect no sleep due to thin walls and loud noises from other hotel guests, uncomfortable scratchy sheets, and thin unuseable pillows. The staff doesn't care either. I was told a manager would reach out. It was so bad that I had to abandon my stay and pay to book another hotel and haven't heard from a manager since.
DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL OR THE OTHER LOCATION. For starters, I'm pretty sure I was rebooked at this location after originally requesting to book the Charles Bridge location. I made very careful notes in my travel docs right after booking and had been watching prices for the Charles Bridge location for WEEKS before booking. Showed up at the Charles Bridge location and was told I'm actually booked at this one (much further way, lower quality hotel). Booking details do confirm they had booked me at THIS location but had not read the entire confirmation address prior. Here's why you don't want to stay here. I was first taken to a dirty room that had not been cleaned yet. They even had the hotel cleaner verify before getting me another room (why would I lie about that?!) The first night, there was noise from other guests (thin walls, this was not noise outside the hotel) until well past 12 midnight. The bed is very uncomfortable, with scratchy sheets and the pillows are very thin, even with four piled up it's like you have no pillow at all. It was so bad I had to decide to abandon my stay because I wasn't sleeping at all! I've traveled extensively around the globe and never ever had to abandon a hotel mid-stay. I booked a much nicer hotel that was truly 4 stars (if not closer to 5 stars) and had a much better experience for my last two highs in Prague. This is not a four-star hotel and the description is not accurate. The staff is not honest. If you value comfort and want to get sleep while on your trip, do not book either MOODS hotel. I will be disputing with my credit card company. I found other reviews that suggested the same thing happened -- rebooking customers in the cheaper hotel after they originally requested a stay at the Charles Bridge location. Very dishonest and very disappointing.
