Our stay was made very comfortable by the amazing staff. The room was pretty and tidy. The breakfast buffet is definitely a bonus as it has a lot of fresh and tasty food. Ahmed was very professional and helped us park the car in a safe spot and store our luggage when we still wanted to take a look around Prague. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return to the Metropolitan old town Hotel when visiting Prague!

The location was great and the staff were fantastic. We booked fairly last minute for a large group and were very well taken care of. Oh, and there's a lovely rooftop bar!
The sole gripe we had was the fan provided for the room didn't have much of an impact on the room temperature. Otherwise, nothing to complain about!

Amazing experience!!
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and everything was exactly as described. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the attention to detail. The location was also perfect – close to everything we needed.
Thank you for making our trip so special! I would definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone.

Nice hotel with good breakfast and also with the food in restaurant. Good equipment in the room and comfortable beds. Location close to the centrum. Nice views from the roof bar.

Great property centrally located and very clean. Staff were very attentive.
My room didn’t have air conditioning - during hot weather the room will be warm
The stairs are much faster than the lift.

Good location in the centre, friendly staff especially the restaurant / bar staff (that i think was a franchise). There was a good selection at breakfast, of good quality and fresh.
Not sure if the pictures of the hotel were taken years ago, but the whole place is very tired, It's all fairly clean but all a bit drab and old and for a city centre hotel the bar shuts far to early but i don't think it is run by the hotel.

The location was very convenient. The breakfast buffet was beautiful. The young lady in training was very efficient and nice.
The website offers parking and air conditioning and none of it was true. The room was hot and humid
