Location was excellent, breakfast not great but if you like continental breakfast then you will enjoy it but overpriced in my opinion
The hotel offers tea and coffee making facilities to room, we requested this with the reception desk but they never delivered this

Everything was great specially Ahmad he was very helpful and friendly he helped us with everything in and out side of hotel
Ahmad hospitality covered everything and all the staff were amazing I would definitely recommend it

The receptionist where quite friendly and helpful.
The location and the comfort of the bars was exceptional.
The breakfast was good but was taken away before the closing time, the service there was quite bad.

The staff were polite and helpful. The complimentary bottle of wine and welcome drink voucher were appreciated. Plenty of space to store stuff. The location is good, close to the old town and public transport links. The breakfast was pretty good (apart from the fruit juice). The roof top bar was nice.
It was supposedly a very expensive hotel with a big discount, but it was actually nothing special. The mattresses were very thin and thus not very comfortable. The shower was pretty poor. No tea /coffee making facilities. It's a bit annoying when the 'large double bed' is just two single beds pushed together, especially when there are two separate duvets.

Great location. Easy walking distance to everything to see on a first visit to Prague. Clean with a good breakfast. Exceptional staff.
