The staff was super friendly (especially Ahmad), the check-in and checkout process was fast. The rooms are comfy and the hotel has a good style. I recommend visiting the rooftop bar to have a drink or two with a gorgeous view over Prague.
I had a bit of trouble finding my parking lot in the parking garage. Some more guidance would be helpful.

We loved the attention to customer service, from the time we arrived to check in until we departed, we received 5 star treatment, we were very impressed. All of the little touches such as complimentary Prosecco at the rooftop bar, complimentary bottle of wine and also a complimentary bottle of Prosecco for our room, the features in the room which was a budget room were excellent - additional items you'd expect to find in a 5 star hotel room.
There wasn't anything we didn't like in any way.

Can't think of anything negative to say or write, the hotel has a group of staff whose entire brief is based on the customer experience, just so refreshing

We had a great experience at this hotel. The location is excellent — perfect for exploring all that Prague has to offer. Our room was comfortable and spacious enough for three people, and the staff was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast had a nice variety of options to choose from each morning. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the best of Prague!

The location is easy walking distance to historic sites. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the plentiful breakfast buffet offering eggs, sweets and good coffee. The front desk staff is exceptional, friendly and accommodating. We were welcomed with beverage offerings, discount passes and helpful information. It was a pleasant stay.
We didn’t expect the lack of air conditioning but a large fan was in the room. In the end it did not effect our comfort.

Beautiful hotel, breakfast was very good , had a great choice of food for everyone. The location was great for the old town, shopping centre and the tram stop. We had a room at the front of the hotel and it was very quiet even tho we we're on the first floor. The bed was very comfortable, and there were different types of pillows. The shower was really powerful and lovely touch with slippers in the room. There was also a welcome gift of a bottle of wine and a postcard of Prague.The reception staff we really lovely and very helpful, always a smile and a greeting every time you left the hotel. They gave us prosecco on arrival. They stored our luggage as we had a late flight and booked us a car to the airport when our booked Uber didn't show up. The room was cleaned daily, and the towel replenished. I would definitely stay in this hotel again when I return to Prague.

The location of the hotel is perfect, everything was as described, there was no surprise, the reception is very well behaved, they are interested. The reception also helped us call a taxi. The room was clean, they offered us two drinks, thanks to the hotel staff and the reception

The staff were so helpful and accommodating, we arrived with a baby, dog and van. They helped us with secure parking and upgraded our room to something to suit our family. We liked it so much we stayed an extra night.
The location is perfect, it’s central enough to walk everywhere but in a quiet spot. The rooftop bar is a nice place for a scenic and quiet drink.
