The staff are happy and easy to deal with. Very simple to check in and out. Very helpful. Location of hotel is fantastic. Room is large. Welcome wine, drinks. Discount vouchers on check out. Little souvenir magnet and postcard. They are trying so hard to make the stay pleasant.

Location was handy for walking to the sights Old world atmosphere was a welcome difference to the regular run of hotels we experienced on this trip to Scandinavia. Food in the on site restaurant is basic but very good and well priced. Everything in the room was in good working order.
Needs a second full size lift. Breakfast room is quite chaotic. Noisy revellers returning in the wee hours (but it is Prague!)

Rooms were a little dated, but spacious, super clean, and there was a complimentary bottle of wine left for us. The location was brilliant, and we did not have far to go to get to any of the main city areas. Breakfast is excellent, to the point we did not need lunch!! There is also an excellent Chinese restaurant next door, if you need a change from Czech cuisine. Yuri on Reception was so friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back!
Nothing really - there could be more lifts if I had to be a picky, and the roof top bar seemed to lack atmosphere.

Excellent location. Breakfast was good quality. Staff were polite. Room was clean. I couldn't hear any noise outside from the third floor of the building. Beds were comfy. Plenty of room for cases. Nice rooftop bar.
Nitpicking - sound insulation from noisy residents would be nice. It would be nice to see the rooftop area utilised for breakfast as the breakfast room was very busy at half 8 / 9 a.m.

The location and the staff were terrific. All the major sites as well as good, interesting restaurants and coffee shops were a short walk away. We never had a problem with the WiFi. The staff were very helpful.

Very central location- friendly and service minded staff . Excellent room with a fantastic view . Do not forget to use the rooftop bar . Amazing view over Prague .
