The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, Tatiana and Daniil are amazing and very sociable!They made our check in super easy, and they gave a lot of recommendations regarding dining ,transportation, and overall very nice and friendly hosts!
The breakfast was delicious and variety of anything you want.
Comfortable beds and very clean and cozy rooms,surprizingly very large size room and very bright,just like home!

Great location, friendly & helpful staff, and amazing breakfast.
Lack of a real shower was disappointing. Our room had a large tub with a shower hose attachment. The tub was very slippery and there was no mat to place in the tub to prevent slipping.

The towels are changed daily. Rooms are clean. Receptionists are friendly and helpful. Good location.
There is no air con and tv is not working. Soap and shampoo not refilled. Lift is very slow especially during peak hours and is unable to fit more than 5 or 6 people.

Very friendly and sweet staff; they gave us a souvenir and a discount coupon on check-out. We also had a complimentary wine bottle in our room! Nice rich breakfast. Close location to the center (about 10 minutes walk).

Its not a 4 star hotel. Maybe a 2 star Hotel. Rooms are tiny. Carpets are old and rundown. There is no padding under carpet, only glued to floor. Reception area is depressing. Sofas are old and dirty.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was comfortable and clean. Location was perfect. Walking distance to most attractions in old town yet very quiet area. Helped find a Parking spot on the street nearby and got assistance with our luggage which was very much appreciated.
