Breakfast was amazing. Very well appointed. Room was very nice.
No ramps for rolling luggage. When breakfast is over, they mean it. They are nice about it but they make it known that even if you're still enjoying your coffee, you gotta go.

Location is nice. 10 minutes from the astronomical clock. Breakfast is good. Staff is really taking care.
In the morning it’s a bit noisy from the street. But it’s not the fault of the hotel.

The staff, especially Yurii were super nice, and approachable. I'll definitely stay again in this hotel, when I come to Prague again. The location is also perfect, literally in the middle of the old town. Parking was also convenient, just next to the hotel, in a locked area.

Our stay in the Metropolitan Old Town Hotel in Prague was perfect. Great location right in the center, large and clean rooms and nearby parking included in the price guaranteed us complete comfort. We would especially highlight the kind and helpful hotel staff, who were always available with a smile and extra attention. We will definitely come back again.

Very comfortable quiet hotel room that was serviced daily. Breakfast was exceptional, so much so that you won't want lunch! Staff were very courteous and accommodating.
Perfect location in the old town therefore easy access to all the key tourist spots without needing to use public transport.

A lovely hotel tight in the centre of Prague old town and close to everything. Rooms were fantastic - very spacious and clean. The staff were excellent - nothing was to much trouble. Nice to have a rooftop bar. Even though reception was bring renovated, it was done do quickly and the end result is great. Nice tough to get a bottle of wine in the room and water and a fridge magnet when we left. All really excellent!

The hotel was absolutely wonderful. All the staff were extremely helpful, kind, and professional — especially Yurii, Katka, Lenka, and Ahmed, who went above and beyond throughout our stay.
We brought our cat with us, and the hotel had no issue at all — they even arranged a room with no carpet, which was perfect. Parking was also sorted seamlessly. Everything was smooth, comfortable, and felt genuinely cared for.
Highly recommend, especially if you’re traveling with pets or just want to feel truly looked after. Would definitely come back!
