The staff is courteous and very helpful; Ahmed deserves a special mention.
The rooftop terrace is a place to enjoy a drink with a beautiful view of Prague. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and tasty.

This is a budget hotel with solid breakfast. The room and bathroom were clean.
When you enter the hotel you can easily be misguided that you are at the wrong place. It is an old building which shares staircase with adjacent entry to residential part of building. As their is one elevator we often used staircases to be quicker so we were a bit surprised that the staircase is shared with residential flats. More importantly, inside of the room there is a staircase for the bathroom. This was rather odd, but was not problem for me, though I can imagine it could be a big issue for disabled persons.

Hotel has central location, walking distance to most point of interests. The staff was helpful and hospitality is top level.
Unfortunately, Hotel does not have its own dedicated car park. But, they provide free parking in park house of shopping mall (~500m distance)

Excellent location for exploring the Old Town area
Rooms are basic, heater that I couldn't get to work, no Aircon so you have to open the windows. Noisy pub area when windows are open. Squash courts on level 1 so noisy when they are being used.

I would like to highly commend the hotel staff, especially the morning shift that worked on April 15th, who helped us a lot with finding a mechanic to repair the tire on our car. In addition to them, a big thank you to Ahmed who helped us with all the questions we had.
