hi. just had a wonderful holiday in Prague. a fantastically beautiful city full of beautiful buildings and very clean and nice people. I stayed at the Hotel Metropolitan which is located right in the heart of Prague, can recommend booking the beautiful hotel, lovely rooms and good food, and in a very quiet neighborhood. A special thank you to Kitka and Ahmed for professional help regarding a small problem, the rest of the staff should also be thanked for their kindness. thank you very much for the gifts they will probably be used and I look forward to seeing you again. Great hotel in the heart of Prague. Amazing staff with high motivation to meet all the needs of their customers and guests. The room (4 guests) was very spacious and clean. Breakfast great with everything you may be longing for. Clean room.
One hint for an even better experience: water kettle and coffee/tea in the room would be some improvement

Noisy hotel Bar means you can’t sleep with the window open
Buffet breakfast…carnage with tepid hot option…go out there are many nicer places locally
Lifts…try and avoid the fourth floor…..there are not enough lifts in the hotel

The breakfast is good with variety of selections. The location is pretty good.
The shower could have been better. The water temperature was hard to control & the position of the shower valves are not the best. I hit my elbow on the valves a few times. I have seen much much better showers in other hotels.
