The hotel location is very good in the old town itself, you can walk around the entire old town. The staff is helpful, you can ask anything, they will help you in any way they can. The bar at the hotel cooks delicious food. The beer is just perfect. I recommend it.

You can park for free if you happen to get one of the few free spots out front. Fortunately we did but online it implies you are guaranteed a parking spot with the room which unfortunately your not.

Staff were very attentive, professional and courteous.
The room was spacious and nicely decorated and laid out.
Breakfast was fresh and there was lots of variety.
I am struggling to find any negative points, however.... the heated towel rail in the bathroom unfortunately didn't have a thermostat so it got very hot! But it worked wonderfully.

It was a great stay, the staff were absolutely brilliant. Very friendly, very helpful , just very professional all round. In particular one gentleman at the front desk on the night shift , Igneous , probably the wrong spelling but he was a total gentleman. I will be recommending to any friends our family because of his good nature
