Great location, the room was ok for a family with two kids
When we arrived we were hungry and decided to go to the restaurant of the hotel kid fell downstairs from last step and he was bleeding through the nose, I entered the restaurant and took a napkin from the table to put it in order to stop the blood and the the waitress told my husband not to take more napkins!!! I don’t think that this was human reaction, the restaurant was completely empty I haven’t ruined someone’s dinner, I took my kid to the room and of course we decided to eat somewhere else, I made a complaint on the front desk and the lady the told my husband that she scolded the waitress, yes but on our last dat I spoke with another lady on the front desk and told me that nobody has heard about this!!! She was at leas nice and tried to compensate for this poor start. Also the housekeeping staff gave us only three towels although we’re 4,
Not happy!!! The only person that left us good impression is called Daria. Poor service!

The front staff was awesome. A young lady showed us our two rooms as traveling with my family of 7. She was super sweet. The location was great, rooms were great too. Breakfast was wonderful and I would stay again

It's absolutely wonderful and we'd would recommend it to anyone. To be honest, we'd stay here again just for the delicious porridge and semolina served at breakfast

Location to all main tourist attractions was brilliant, access to bars and great restaurants, dinner in the hotel was great Salmon was main course and was super. Breakfast was eat all you can buffet sty;e with options for hot and cold breakfast.
it was a bit difficult to find the rooms as the building is two old buildings combined , parking was limited and not a secured area as it was street parking.

I truly don't understand how this place is so highly rated other than the fact that maybe they're buying people off with the free alcohol in the lobby and free bottle of wine in the room. These obviously are a perk, if you drink alcohol. We don't. The location is really good. It's a short walk to most attractions. The restaurant, Lokal, on the corner has really good food for a reasonable price. I wish we had eaten there more instead of wasting our money other places. The staff are friendly and at the end they ask for a good review and give you coupons for your next stay.
The room is really outdated. While outdated can be charming, this was not. While they offer wifi, it was good enough only for cellphone use. If you need it for work, forget it. The walls are paper thin. We could hear our next door neighbors cellphone notifications starting very early in the morning and throughout the evening. Not to mention their kids playing. I have kids of my own so I completely understand that they can be loud sometimes, but at 11:00 pm is a bit much, especially when you can hear everything through the walls. Even conversations. Since it is a busy area, upon arrival there was a woman out front who had obliviously partied too hard and was vomiting on the sidewalk. Despite being a non-smoking facility, the people staying next to my daughter's room were smoking in their room which stunk up the hall and even their room. Lastly, the free parking is a 500m walk. Not convenient if you have 4 people in your family and a dog. I would not stay here again.

Staff were excellent, accomadationing and welcoming. Loved the character of the building and the room we stayed in. Location was fantastic, so central! Overall exremely pleasant stay and would stay here again.

Wonderful
The staff was really nice and super friendly, the service they provided was five star quality. The room was cozy, spacious enough and carries the old city vibe. The hotel is placed in a quiet but comfortable central space with a lot of stuff nearby. The breakfast is exceptional with many delicious choices. The beds were extremely comfortable. The welcome gifts , the bottle of wine, the free rooftop drinks as well as the farewell gifts were a nice touch.
The bathroom was a bit old fashioned and not well equipped, it’s like it didn’t correspond with the excellence of the hotel.
