The hotel is located in a very central location, from where you can quickly reach both famous attractions and large shopping centers on foot. The staff is very kind and willing to serve you, the rooms and areas are clean and the breakfast is rich and excellent. I would highly recommend it.

Quality/price value is great. Good location and breakfast. Rooms are clean and big.
Fitness: very old, somethings are falling apart or are taped together. Equipment is on a staircase/hallway. Its not owned by the hotel, but as you stay in the hotel you can make use of it.
Parking: for business I needed to use my car daily. It is a 10 minute walk to get to the parking. When you arrive You first need to go to the hotel to get a ticket for the parking and at the end of your stay you need to get the car first and bring the ticket back. All a bit of a hassle.

The hotel is ideally located at the very beginning of the old town and is an integral part of the historic urban fabric. Although it is situated in the strict center, it is positioned on a quiet side street, offering both convenience and peace. In front of the hotel there is a short stop for cars, and a major advantage is the excellent parking option provided by the hotel—located just 150 meters away in a safe, well-heated underground garage.
When you step outside the hotel, you find yourself in the heart of Prague’s old town within just a few minutes’ walk. Our room on the third floor, like many rooms in the hotel, offered a lovely view over the rooftops of Prague. The room was perfectly clean and very comfortable, and it is clear that the hotel is constantly investing in improvements.
The staff were exceptionally kind, helpful, and welcoming, showing a genuine sense of local hospitality. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection and something for everyone. Staying at this hotel gives you the feeling of truly experiencing Prague—not just staying in a generic commercial space, but in an authentic building at an authentic location. Even a one-night stay offers a real opportunity to experience the heart of the city. I highly recommend this hotel: clean, cozy, warm, and truly authentic to Prague.

We had a lovely welcome, shown to our room and a complimentary bottle of wine. The buffet breakfast was wonderful, even a chocolate fountain! The reception staff charged my phone for me as I had forgotten to pack a charger. Beautiful hotel.

The hotel service was superb; it was the best place I stayed during my Czech Republic vacation! The young man at the front desk was very welcoming and attentive, helping me with any questions! I will definitely come back next time!

Our stay at the hotel was awesome! Especially the stuff was great and eager to help! Receptionist Tigran was super helpful and provided very helpful information to make our experience memorable!
The location is perfect- near the Old Town. There are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby where you can have lunch/dinner. We were super happy with our choice.
