Pleasant
Good location, breakfast was good and had a rooftop bar with city views.
No air conditioning. Made stay uncomfortable. Bathroom was small with very small vanity top for toiletries. Also, UBS ports did not work.

The location was good, we did a lot of walking around and shopping. The view from the rooftop bar was pretty. The breakfast was good, it had a large selection of foods, and drinks. The staff was helpful in activity selection.
There was no A/C in the room, and when the window is open all the noise from the streets keep you awake. People party in this City all night long, and there is a popular bar/restaurant right around the corner. The drinks at the rooftop bar are completely overpriced.

Location is good for the sightseeing. The room is goo anough space for the family. Breakfast is great, many kind of foods. The staff is also kind.
The parking space is far from the hotel (about 10 min walking). There is no air conditioning in the room. The elevator is to cheap and old, looks like it will not be working well soon.

The location was good, and the hotel was clean.
Very dissatisfied. The listing shows a very nice gym but there was none at all, my room was comically tiny and basically unfurnished, and the whole place was dingier than photos suggested. I also saw hotel employees pushing customers to give good reviews.

Perfect location just 3 minutes walking from the clock tower yet quiet enough to sleep with the windows open. The breakfast was super with lots of options. The staff were very polite and friendly. The option for a parking space was extremely helpful. The bed was super comfortable and the room was big enough.
There are a couple of stairs to reach the elevator. For some people this might not be convenient especially when carrying the luggage.

The restaurant and breakfast was good and the staff was polite and helpful.
Prague was in the high 80’s for the week and the hotel had NO air conditioning! Our room was probably 90 degrees each night and was impossible to sleep well. They did provide a fan (as pictured) but what made things even worst was the BED! The mattress was very thin, like 4 inches with no padding! I woke each morning with terrible back and shoulder pain. They desperately need to replace beds and install AC!

Location was tucked away close to the city square. Amazing staff, every very helpful. PARKING INCLUDED! And with the Prague pass it made it so worth it!

Great location. Nice and clean. The staffs are all super nice. We liked the breakfast and the welcome drinks.
The triple room felt a bit cramped, guess it is just a double room with an extra bed. But overall nothing to complain.

The hotel was nice and staff was courteous. The buffet breakfast was amazing. Welcome roof top drink was very nice as well.
It was a very uncomfortable stay due to a heat wave and no air conditioning in the hotel. I was not aware when I booked the hotel there was no airconditioning and would not have booked if I had known. The hotel did provide big fans which I greatly appreciated. I would not stay here in summer months when it could be hot.

Historical, convenient location to tour Prague
We stayed during a heat wave, our room was not facing the street so no breeze. They provided fans, one didn’t work Well, Could use some air conditioning in rooms that look at the courtyard

Disappointing
The location was great. Walking distance to town and very safe area. Staf was very nice and did their best.
No A/C so room was very uncomfortable to sleep in due to heat of July. Hotel provided fan in room but still comfortable. Rooms are outdated Elevator is very slow. Plenty of construction noise and music early in the morning. I must have missed the fact no A/C while booking.
