This hotel is in a great location as it sits just outside the old town (10 min walking distance) and a 2 min walk from one of the public transport spots. It’s in a quiet area as well. All of the staff I interacted with where very polite, friendly and approachable (Artem, Ahmed and a blonde girl who was on the desk with Artem the day I arrived I didn’t catch her name). I stayed here as a solo female (first time travelling on my own) and I felt very looked after and also safe. I would definitely return to this hotel in the future.

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. The staff helped with everything, welcomed us warmly, and even parked the car for us right on the hotel premises. A pleasant surprise was the number of thoughtful extras, such as a bonus tourist card that gave us a 100% discount on a boat trip. Highly recommended.

Everything was above what we expected. Excellent location close to Old Town and the room was very spacious. The breakfast was amazing and had ample options for all.
The only issues with the room was the remodel of the bathroom left the door scraping the floor and was difficult to close.

I was greeted by friendly staff. Especially Daria. So kind and helpful. And showed a clear pride in her workplace. Offered extra advice about shopping as my case was lost by airport! Room was small but good and I felt comfortable. Quirky and full of character. Rooftop bar a bonus. Great location. I would definitely recommend.

Location is perfect, but the service that the staff provide is amazing. Tigran together with his colleague made early check-in for us, then they spoke with the restaurant staff to use our last breakfast on our arrival day, because we had early check-out in our last day. That things made the differences between the hotels. The room was clean and comfortable. We had complimentary wine also. They gave us voucher for one free drink for the bar on the top floor but we didn’t have time to use it. The breakfast there are many choices for everybody even for vegetarian like me. We had dinner, the food was delicious. Overall our stay were exceptional.
The coffee can be better quality and scrambled eggs to be from the real eggs, not from the box.
