The breakfast was superb! Lots of choice.
The hotel was in a great location and we walked to all the places of interest. The staff were extremely pleasant and couldn’t do enough to help. Will definitely stay here again!
It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room to make tea/coffee.

The location is perfect. The hotel is at the center ofbthe tourist attractions. The Hotel is wonderful, its very clean and the staff were all very friendly and accomodating. Our stay for 3days was very comfortable. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my other friends.

Wonderful stay, awesome staff, great location, yummy breakfast - everything was perfect. We booked a triple, comfortable beds, great view, great shower. The breakfast was aesome, so many choices along with homemade bakery treats. Such friendly staff who went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. The location was great, quiet area but only a short walk to old town center. Bonus was roof top bar offering wonderful views of the city. Really enjoy our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

I truly don't understand how this place is so highly rated other than the fact that maybe they're buying people off with the free alcohol in the lobby and free bottle of wine in the room. These obviously are a perk, if you drink alcohol. We don't. The location is really good. It's a short walk to most attractions. The restaurant, Lokal, on the corner has really good food for a reasonable price. I wish we had eaten there more instead of wasting our money other places. The staff are friendly and at the end they ask for a good review and give you coupons for your next stay.
The room is really outdated. While outdated can be charming, this was not. While they offer wifi, it was good enough only for cellphone use. If you need it for work, forget it. The walls are paper thin. We could hear our next door neighbors cellphone notifications starting very early in the morning and throughout the evening. Not to mention their kids playing. I have kids of my own so I completely understand that they can be loud sometimes, but at 11:00 pm is a bit much, especially when you can hear everything through the walls. Even conversations. Since it is a busy area, upon arrival there was a woman out front who had obliviously partied too hard and was vomiting on the sidewalk. Despite being a non-smoking facility, the people staying next to my daughter's room were smoking in their room which stunk up the hall and even their room. Lastly, the free parking is a 500m walk. Not convenient if you have 4 people in your family and a dog. I would not stay here again.

The front staff was awesome. A young lady showed us our two rooms as traveling with my family of 7. She was super sweet. The location was great, rooms were great too. Breakfast was wonderful and I would stay again

The location is good
I would like to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding several issues I experienced during my recent stay at your hotel.
First, upon my arrival, I requested an iron to be available during my stay. Unfortunately, despite following up more than once, the iron was never provided. On one occasion, I was informed that it would be delivered in the morning, but this did not happen.
Second, as I was staying at old town hotel for my honeymoon, I naturally had several pieces of luggage. However, no staff member was available to assist me with carrying the luggage from the car to the room, and I had to manage this entirely on my own.
Third, during the checkout process, I acknowledge that I was slightly late. The official checkout time was 11:00 AM, and at 11:14 AM, I experienced very loud knocking on the door accompanied by shouting in English. When I opened the door, I was told in a rude manner that I had to leave within 20 minutes or pay extra charges. Based on my previous hotel experiences, the proper approach would have been to politely ask whether I wished to check out or extend my stay.
Overall, I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism and hospitality, especially considering that this stay was meant to be a special occasion for my honeymoon. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously to improve service quality for future guests.
