It was very well situated in Old Town. The staff were super helpful and very nice. We were celebrating our anniversary and they decorated our room and left gifts. Above and beyond our expectations. It was the staff that made the whole experience so easy and stress free.
There is a smell around the older elevator, no ones fault, I'm the only one who noticed bc I'm sensitive to smells. Waan't an issue, just ann observation.

We arrived at noon so an early check in was a dream! Breakfast was so delicious! We truly appreciate the whole stay. Everyone was so nice and very helpful. Looking forward for another trip to Prague and definitely staying at the same hotel!

the Historical charm and very attentive staff. Katherine and Ahmed were so kind and supportive of our needs when my daughter fell and was injured. We had exceptional care from them and others.
The stairs are not well marked. A uniform taping of all stair edges would really aid in maneuvering and preventing falls.

The location was great. You could reach most points of interest in Prague very easily. The staff was also very polite and pleasant. If you come by car, parking is free but not right near the hotel. You can pull up at the hotel to bring your luggage to the room and get the parking access card from the reception. Then the parking itself is at the nearby mall. You need to leave a deposit when getting the access card.
Wi-fi in the room was very bad. The signal was so weak that it was occasionally disconnecting, and the speeds were under 5 Mbps. If you wanted to use it for anything other than light browsing you'd have issues. There was only one elevator, so at busy hours you had to wait quite a bit before being able to use it. Facilities in the room were fairly old, although they were clean and well kept.

Great hotel. The best staff I've ever had in a hotel. Beautiful facilities. Super close location to the city center, free parking, parting gifts. What else can I say, stay at this hotel!! Plus a really great value!!

Centrally located in the old town, the hotel offers a great starting point for seeing the sites while still offering a quiet atmosphere. They offer free parking which was important for us as we were driving. Upon our arrival we were greeted with a friendly welcome and a glass of Prosecco. The room was well maintained and there was a bottle of wine and cookies for our welcome. The room was very clean! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful with any questions. There is a restaurant onsite though we didn’t use it. The rooftop bar has a tremendous view of the city and a great drink list. We also had a welcome drink offered to us there. A wonderful hotel in an amazing location that I would highly recommend.
