Disappointing
The staff were very noce and friendly.
We ordered a ‘superior room’. On all the pictures they have extra space in the room where there is a couch. Our room was tiny. No couch. Just one chair. One table. And then the bed. Not at all what we ordered. The room no. is 412. Furthermore the internet was absolutely slow and not working. 3MB/s?? Thats a joke.. Also, the breakfast is in no way like in the pictures. Neither is the entrance or the lobby.

the Historical charm and very attentive staff. Katherine and Ahmed were so kind and supportive of our needs when my daughter fell and was injured. We had exceptional care from them and others.
The stairs are not well marked. A uniform taping of all stair edges would really aid in maneuvering and preventing falls.

The location was great. You could reach most points of interest in Prague very easily. The staff was also very polite and pleasant. If you come by car, parking is free but not right near the hotel. You can pull up at the hotel to bring your luggage to the room and get the parking access card from the reception. Then the parking itself is at the nearby mall. You need to leave a deposit when getting the access card.
Wi-fi in the room was very bad. The signal was so weak that it was occasionally disconnecting, and the speeds were under 5 Mbps. If you wanted to use it for anything other than light browsing you'd have issues. There was only one elevator, so at busy hours you had to wait quite a bit before being able to use it. Facilities in the room were fairly old, although they were clean and well kept.
