The hotel is situated in a quiet street very close to the Old Square, the river and other attractions. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous at all times.
The hotel is undergoing renovations but there is no mention of this from either the hotel or from booking.com. The hotel generally needs an update all round as its decor is somewhat outdated. The breakfast room is also way too small to accommodate all the guests staying there.

Great location, but it's quiet. Very specious room. Really nice breakfast, and always space to sit even at busy times 9:30-10:30.

The location is perfect, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Welcome drinks, coupon for rooftop bar and bottle of prosecco when leaving the hotel made the stay more pleasant:)
The only thing that was not very pleasant was the lack of the Aircon, we understand that it is the old Town of the city and it is almost impossible to install them, but as it was +32 outside it was a little bit off. We could open the window, but the noise from the street, flies and mosquitos in the room made us close it. During the colder season it wouldn't be a problem.

Perfect location for walking tour of the key attractions and old town square. Good breakfast and well connected to public transportation.
Various major renovation and refurbishment work is in progress inside and outside which was a big surprise to us and it’s no were mentioned in the booking or their website. Plus the rooms are very congested and without any sound proofing which completely ruined our sleep and relaxing time. There is huge difference between pictures and reality, we did not get the feeling that staff were enthusiastic and concerned about guests experience. Overall not value for money so wouldn’t book it again.

Everything at the hotel was nice. Breakfast was excellent, especially the omelette made by the chef and so was the location of the hotel.It was very close to the UBahn station and trams. The parking in the underground garage was very expensive at €45 per day.
I personally had a problem with the tea that was available in the rooms, I dislike Earl Grey but that was the only one allowed in the rooms although English Breakfast was available in the breakfast room!
