The Hotel is in a Great Location,all the staff were young, enthusiastic and helpful.
Breakfast was ok, all things considered I would recommend this Hotel, mainly due to its location, rooftop bar was nice.
Hotel a bit tired looking, apart from that it was clean, bedroom nice, only one lift working while we were there, other older lift out of action and no sign of it getting repaired, this did cause a bit of a wait around Breakfast time but no big deal.

The room was very nice and spacious with tall ceilings, a comfortable bed and nice couch to relax on. The room was very clean and daily room service was great. The breakfast was very good.
Unfortunately for the size of the room the bathroom is very small, especially the shower. The wifi was not great in our room and we had to keep using our own data. The fitness facility had very outdated equipment. Also, the cleaning staff were very friendly, however, other seemed indifferent and didn’t make eye contact.

Great hotel in a perfect location! It’s within walking distance to the city center and everywhere else. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the rooms were very clean. I highly recommend it to everyone

Wonderful
We did not expect much from a downtown busy hotel. But it turned out this is a business that is taken care of. Wonderful and very helpful staff, very clean and neat. Many small and friendly actions everyday improved our perception and we felt very homey. If we return in Prague we will stay definitely at the Metropolitan.

Great location in Old Town Prague, parking is included at a nearby secure underground parking lot. Very good buffet breakfast, there are 2 bicycles available to use and staff were very helpful!

The staff are very kind and hospitable. Lots of complimentary items and gifts to make the stay extra special. The location was great for walking and great places to eat or grab coffee.

You can park for free if you happen to get one of the few free spots out front. Fortunately we did but online it implies you are guaranteed a parking spot with the room which unfortunately your not.

This hotel was a nice surprise. It is not as lavish as some, but the price less than half that of many others options. As such, this is an excellent choice, and that is even more pertinent when you consider the exceptional breafast at a reasonable price.
The room was very small, but as a single traveller, that worked out fine for me. Though for two people, it would have been far too small.

Extremely comfortable and staff was great. I am particular about booking a good sized room with large windows looking out to the street the stall let me choose from three rooms which was wonderful. They also offer a welcome drink on their lovely rooftop lounge and give you a bottle of vine in the room. Location is perfect

The area was perfect, and the staff was superb, even when faced with people that were rude and undeserving. Ahmed was a fantastic waiter and Ignat was exceptionally gracious and accommodating! Would stay again without a doubt!
