Very Good
The location is great. The hotel is also very historic which I thought was great. The only thing that was a negative for me was having no air conditioning. You can open the windows but it is too loud to keep them open all night. Other than that, the hotel was nice.

Good breakfast, good location, and Yuri the manager was professional, friendly, and helpful. He suggested we follow him to the parking garage (under the Palladium mall nearby) and then drove us back to the hotel in his car.
Aside from Yuri, the staff is very young and too many of them are not nearly professional enough for our liking. We would not stay here again for that reason, and because the elevator is very small and slow, and the staff did not attend to cleaning, like a dirty paper napkin on the floor near the steps to the elevator that we saw in the evening and was still there the next morning at checkout. And the hotel is under construction, and the room had no air conditioning. These are all issues that can be fixed, especially if Yuri replaces his under-performing staff with better people. At checkout, one of the staffers presented us with a complimentary bottle of wine. Very nice gesture, except we were going to the airport. (So, we gave it to the construction workers out front...) We would have LOVED the bottle of wine on arrival.

Rooftop bar was a treat. Complimentary macaroons and bottle of wine in room a nice touch. Staff was all exceptionally friendly and helpful. Good location for walking to attractions

Very old rooms, smelling and without airconditioning. They had a fan which was very loud and very annoying to have on during the night. If it would be 3 stars it would be ok, but for 4 stars and what we paid was disappointing.
