The hotel that keeps on giving… super easy checkin with very caring staff- Eugene, Ari,Bohdana thankyou.
Dreamy beds in a 14 ft ceilinged, superclean, well appointed room with windows that open. Exceptional breakfast with healthy options and a choc fountain and fresh pancakes. Plates cleared and food is replenished in a flash.
Easy walk across river to huge castle park - could have taken their free bike there-or stroll right into the heart of old town.
Rooftop bar, gym, discounted meals and attractions, free underground parking in big shopping centre nearby, gifts in the room, even a free car wash. The Michelin restaurant at the Grand Mark hotel was a delightful experience- super service, live piano and delicious food with very generous group hotel discount given.
Saturday night was noisy but fixed by closing double glazing.

What i like the most is the staff team of this hotel and the great location.
The receptionists and the restaurant staff are really friendly and helpful. They can't do enough for you.
The hotel is situated in old town, but still very quiet. Walking distance to many attractions. Highly recommend!
I would appreciate the air-conditioning but understood the restriction for conserved building in the old town.

The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring Prague on foot. The staff were polite and check-in was smooth. The hotel is close to the old town and many attractions.
The room was much smaller than expected compared to the photos online. There was an unpleasant smell in some areas of the hotel, and the parking situation was not very convenient because it was located in a different building. The room also became warm at times.
