The location was excellent and the staff were very nice.
No air conditioning. Our room was not cleaned because we omitted to put the sign up on the door to please clean the room (assumed it would be cleaned automatically)

Great location. Reserved parking provided in a mall close by. Area to load and unload in front of hotel and subsequently park car at a place not more than 5 mins away on foot. Everything was walkable. Free bottle of wine and free drinks at the roof top bar were a super touch.
Noisy because of cafes. Economy rooms were EXCEPTIONALLY small. I’d say book this only if travelling alone. Even a couple will feel cramped. Access is not completely step free.
For me to access charging points, I had to crawl under my table although this wasn’t a problem in the other room, so room 308 really needs this fixed. Older people will not be able to use charging points.

Location, good breakfast
The hotel advertises carparking, but they don't have onsite. It is 15-minute drive away in traffic, and another 15-minute walk back - deceptive advertising. The rooms are very basic, no air-conditioning - but you get a very noisy floor fan, very small shower, no full-length mirror, poor quality linen - 3stars at best
