Very Good
The breakfast was wonderful. If you get a good room you are lucky. Initially we were given a very dated room that was extremely small. Not as represented on your site! See photos attached!
When we booked a standard room I expected it would be as represented in booking.com. It was not!!! It was so small you couldn’t walk around the bed and there were steps leading to a small bathroom. I spoke to management at hotel and they couldn’t move us as they were fully booked. The next day we were moved to another room that seemed better until I opened the drapes and there was a white building within reaching distance and no view as shown in booking.com. I again had to go to management and they finally gave us an acceptable room as was pictured when I booked thru your site.

Wonderful
It is very convenient to old town and just a mile from the train station. It is on a quiet street. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had great power and hot water. The staff was very friendly. Our room wasn’t ready at 2 but they gave us complimentary drink tickets to the rooftop bar while we waited. The rooftop bar was a big plus for a good view.
No air conditioning which I know is very common in Prague but the weather wasn’t too hot and we could open the windows at night. A nice fan was also provided.

Excellent location. Helpful staff. Great breakfast. Good rooftop bar. Clean rooms. Great shower.
Door knobs hard to open. Kettle nowhere near plug socket. Had to take plug out of fridge to plug in the kettle, moving whole tray of boiling water in kettle. Power cut one night was scary. Manager more concerned about getting good reviews as they’re in a competition rather than addressing concerns. Not great place to eat in evening - very limited menu.

This is a comfortable hotel, very convenient for the Old Town and within walking distance of everything . The staff are really lovely and helpful and moved me to a better room than the one I had initially; nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfast is particularly amazing- I've never seen so much choice!
It is unfortunate that the hotel was having major works done on the outside, rendering the front unrecognisable as it was covered up amd meaning you had to pick your way in past the workmen. But it's good that they are still open despite this and it made no difference to the excellent service inside

Exceptional service, the staff were very helpful and gave a lot of useful information about things to do around the city. Complementary welcome drinks and discount vouchers included with the accommodation which was very nice.

The breakfast buffet was spot on. The Rooftop had a very nice view at night time and love the big chess piece chest game that's on the top of the roof for family fun. The front desk ladies that helped us to check in were very professional and very courteous, they went out of their way to make sure that everything we needed from getting into the room and our accommodation for taxi service to the airport the following morning was handled quickly and efficiently so we didn't have to stress. Those ladies definitely deserve to have a raise.
The room setup really didn't have any kind of view and the toilet basically had the pressure of a bode even though there was no Bode attached to the toilet, the water splashed all over not only on your private parts, but also outside the toilet and onto your clothes. The rooftop could have been a little bit more inviting. The staff that was on up there definitely didn't go out of their way to make it feel like it was warm and inviting. Which is quite sad because it actually is in a pretty decent location for having good night time pictures.

The location is great. The hotel is also very historic which I thought was great. The only thing that was a negative for me was having no air conditioning. You can open the windows but it is too loud to keep them open all night. Other than that, the hotel was nice.
