Great location and very comfortable.
Our flight was delayed so we got in late and it was dark when we got there. It was hard to find the place as there was no name on the door or the building. Also there are 2 pin pads for the door so I didn’t know which one to use or if I was at the right place.

The location is AMAZING! To step out of the hotel and see Charles Bridge is a dream come true! There’s also a tram station just outside of the hotel so it’s easy access to anywhere!
The room was on the smaller size but perfect for two people. The beds were VERY comfortable!
I liked that although there is not a staff member always in the building, I could send a message and get a quick response.
The hot water went out 2 - 3 times during our stay so starting the day off with a freezing shower was less than desirable.
My young child had collected some coins and the housekeeper took them. Perhaps she thought it was a tip, but she shouldn’t take any money unless she is certain that it is for her. Luckily once we notified the hotel and they returned the money.
The room was tidy but there was a lot of dust on the light fixtures, under the beds, and throughout the room.

Excellent location, only 2 mins walking to the Charles Bridge.
Lot of markets nearby and coffee shops and very close to the main attractions.
No breakfast.
The room was cozy, clean and the staff were super helpful.

The location is great.
Bedding wasn't clean. I think they probably didn't change the bedsheets because we saw hair and other particles on them. Also there is no way to restrict the staff from entering our room (like no door sign that says do not disturb). So while we were out doing touristy things, a staff probably entered our room, which we do not appreciate.

The location was perfect, right by the Charles Bridge! And walking distance to everything.
The shower hose was down low and it couldn’t be moved up, so when you had a shower you had to hold it with one hand. We also had a room on the road side and it was pretty loud until 10pm, we didn’t mind as we loved the location but something to keep in mind for future guests.

Location. Quiet
A single metal worn entrance key is issued. The key is difficult to open the door. My wife, even with the property manager’s direction could not open the door unsuccessfully many times. A huge fine is imposed if key is lost or entry is required by management.

Booked it because of location and it was great indeed.
The staff is using some weird app and platform for managing checking and other services, it was impossible to pay for one tiny extra service that I needed (flowers delivery for my moms birthday to the room) - staff eventually decided not to bother with my request and sent me a bunch of chatgpt generated - apologizing messages instead. Communication and service level is really not good. Be aware
