i liked the design of the rooms and the free icecream in a very hot day.
i would have liked that it would be some breakfast snacks available for the people that departure before 7 am, at your nice breakfast room.
When i have checked in the receptionist was super simpathic, very good English, but i might have understood him wrong about the checked out.
I understood the instrutions were: make a self check-out and leave the key to the night receptionist, or if he was not there to leave there the key.
Early in the Moornig, the night receptionist was there, a man that could not talk or understand english, but he had a translation machine and that worked pretty good.
The not so good part was when he elevated his voice to tell me NO, i did not need to make the check out because he was there. i try to explain my point, that i would check out and deliver him the key, but he repeated NO and making me feel very unconfortable. I waited in the reception and other guests had some experiences with this too that i witnessed.
I rate the man as a good worker and i understand he wanted and did his best, he have been awake all night, he might get frustrated because of the language challenge...anyway, it is customer service, and have been talked like that early in the morning, makes me call your attention to support him to improve his communication and guest interactions skills. thank you

Good hygiene, interesting room layout (6ppl) very nice staff, good bathrooms and nice everyday cleaning.
Some places that were hard to reach had accumulated lots of dust, there were a few nasty spots hidden away.

The location is highly strategic, close to dining options, the central station, and the airport bus stop. The hotel features a unique and cool overall design, along with a great layout and stylish room interiors.
Regarding the toilet, amenities are provided, and the flooring in the wet area of the bathroom is carpeted or made of a material that isn't too slippery.

The building itself is absolutely magical, history basicaly breathes at you from every corner but at the same time it is very well blended with modern design and facilities.
I loved the practicality of the room arrangements and the clever design, the blue men were a great touch. And all the decorations in general. Together with the location (2 minutes on feet from the main railway station and about 5 minutes to the Wenceslas Square) you can hardly do better.

The location of the property was excellent, and it was very, very close to the main train station. The only downside was that there were quite a lot of homeless and unattended people in the park nearby, which was a little unsettling.
The quality of the room was not quite as good, although this may have been related to the type of room we selected. We were given a room with four separate beds for two adults and two children. The room had fitted carpet, and since the windows could not be fully opened and only the upper part could be opened slightly, there was sometimes an unpleasant smell in the room.
The bathroom towels were not changed either. When I went to the reception to report this, they apologized and took immediate action. The room was cleaned the following day.
They also offered me a complimentary shuttle to the airport, but since I was going to Vienna by train, I couldn’t use it. Instead, they offered me a complimentary lunch or dinner. This was a really nice gesture, and I appreciated it very much.

close to main station. Room was very clean.
As someone who works in hospitality friendlines at the frost desk is very important. Once receptionist finds out name of the guest they should adress them with their name, small chat is also very important and that was not delivered at the check in. Shower is not build properly. After I took shower whole bathroom floor was flooded because water was coming out from the shower to bathroom floor. And this all made my stay less plesant.
