I do appreciate the manager’s effort to improve my stay, but I believe there’s still room for the team to improve in guest interaction and professionalism. Hospitality isn’t just about a trendy design or central location—it’s about how guests are treated.

The ventilation in the room did not work throughout so it was very stuffy. Not all the staff were very friendly but this could have been due to language barrier.

Everything perfect except I had to eat my own breakfast (I’m on a special diet) and there’s no proper room to do so. Asked to the breakfast room but couldn’t stay there. Anyway I’d stay there next time

The room was big and very clean with a fantastic view of the city. Beds were separated so no one had to climb on top of the other. Bathroom and toilet were clean too. The hotel was very close to the big train station so it was convenient to travel around. Luggage storage for free (some places charge you for this). Best hostel I've been living in so far!
