The apartment was beautiful and the location to city center was prefect.
The sofa was so dirty, we couldn't use the air conditioner, there were no coffee pods or bags of tea and the bar located on the ground floor was really loud between 1am-6am.

Location is excellent. The bed was comfortable.
Kitchen tools for cooking is not enough. Examples aluminium foil, salt , pepper, oil, kitchen paper, spatula , shampoo stand in bathroom,tissue paper . And the water kettle becomes old.

Huge place and so close to the old town. I went there with my family and they all enjoyed the stay. The only thing was for the deposit, there was a link to another website and I was not sure if it is safe, but at the end, everything was good. If you do the online check-in, your time would not be wasted and everything will be done fast.

It would have been helpful to have hand towels for the bathrooms, some basics left like washing powder,.cleaning products and maybe shower gel. As we had to buy everything additional.

The location.
The property is advertised as a soundproof walled quiet apartment. Our experience was not so. We were woken early Saturday morning by the sound of a small jackhammer use to remove floor tiles from the apartment above us. The noise continued all day. I immediately contacted Booking regarding the issue, but they refuse to resolve the issue with the owner who has accused me of lying and the construction noise was coming from the street. My audio and video prove otherwise. Very disappointing experience.

We loved everything, the space is huge! We were 4 and 5 other people could've joined. The fact there was 2 and a half bathrooms was great, we got ready faster. Location is perfect& close to everything. We actually might go back to prague just to stay at the apartment

Bed spreads where thin and single size despite being queen beds.
Aside from that it has everything you need. Well priced for a large family. We only had 3 people, so a lot of empty rooms.

Location was great, right in the middle of Old Town, just a turn away from the bustling centre. We could get to the main Christmas Market in less than 10 minutes, although also due to it's location, it can get quite noisy from drunk people along the road later in the night, especially over the weekends.
We were taken aback by how the apartment looked like -- It did not match the images that were posted when we booked the place. The toilets (as much as it was newly renovated), did not look like what was in the pictures at all. It was dark and gloomy (and in certain rooms it looked abit eerie as well), not well lit and was very peculiar -- One room had an entire 6 seater dining table in it and room itself was tiny to begin with. The bedsheets and apartment were sufficiently clean although curtains felt very dusty. I think in general we were just unhappy that the pictures did not reflect the place at all -- I would not have booked this place if I had known, definitely not for a fussy traveller.
One more peculiarity was that they only gave us 6 pillows for our party of 6 pax, I guess there's nothing wrong with that but it seemed very stingy and really weird when we saw queen beds with a single pillow. I mean really guys? Is it that difficult to make the beds look cosy and inviting? The blankets were also not proper, we had 6 single blankets each and some of them weren't even proper duvets -- just a throw, which we thought looked dirty and dusty and hence did not use it.
Also, although it was indicated in the list that free toiletries were provided for, there was nothing available except for handwash. To me, this is a misrepresentation -- I would be totally ok if you had indicated otherwise and at least that gives me time to plan to purchase them instead of leaving us surprised especially when we checked in late and had to rush to a convenience store to purchase toiletries. Also, the second bathroom did not even have a shower holder at an appropriate height or position, so everytime we showered we had to hold it in our hands to rinse. I mean even the basic utilites are not even put in place properly, enough said.
