Location was perfect, staff were nice.
The heating was really weak, it was cold in the room. Bit old fashioned.

Parking crowded, I had to park on the street, but luckily free.
Music up to 22:00 and the room was at ground floor near music.
The breakfast was simple, but enough - do not expect too much from it.

Disappointing
The Hotel staff are very unprofessional! They tried to scam me, and add extra money to the final invoice without any explanation! After losing one hour on the phone, tried to contact any manager, they finally decide to correct!

Wonderful
Very nice location, very clean, staff was so nice and friendly and patient with us.
Our room was spacious, direct connection to a little patio and very clean.
The breakfast was very good and there were a few options for everybody.
Our mattress was a little too soft for our likings, other than that we are very happy with our stay and regret not staying longer

Disappointing
The staff was very unfriendly. When we asked some info about the breakfast the receptionist said that all information is on the paper, we should read it.
The dinner was disappointing. There is nothing fresh. You can choose from 6 type of meal, but everything is melted and warmed. There was nothing for children.
The wellness is outside of the hotel, you have to go out also when it's cold outside and it is very expensive:
1200 CZK (50 EUR) for 2 people/hours.
Absolutely not recommended!

- Good value for money.
- Good breakfast.
- Good location if you are visiting Expo.
- My room was cold. No solution offered, just excuses.
- Sauna / wellness overpriced (90 euros for 2 hours).
- We had ordered all rooms with separated beds. All were connected as double beds.
- My collegue asked about one more room for her, but was asked to pay for the room in advance, and I was in the city so I couldn't pay for it, so just another problem we had to solve.
- Asked about the invoice for all rooms, but staff was not able to do it, so I asked to send it to email later. But still I was sent an invoice for one room only.
- Unfriendly communication experience overall. We had a feeling that we are not welcome when we arrived.
- I know I can't expect 5 star experience for this money, but a friendly communication and a little effort to solve guests demands is the least you can do, and it costs you nothing more.

The size of the rooms are generous and clean , beds were comfortable and the restaurant although had a limited menu it was delicious on both occasions we used it .
I felt the reception staff could be a little more friendly and welcoming on arrival

its what you pay for. its a very nice property. staff works very hard food is not worth advertising.
If they put a little " sparkle" in to property it would be a 4 star hotel was and they could charge 35% more.

Nicely cleaned. Integrated garden. And an art crafted pool.
Although they said they will provide parking but No inside parking was given. Even though the receptionist said he cannot say 100% about outside if it’s free.

Wonderful
It is always not easy to find the relevant rooms with single beds for a group of 7 people. And we have else a few other essential criteria, therefore I booked 3 rooms in this hotel for 1 night.
The rooms were simple but clear and comfortable. We also had a nice and simple breakfast that was so important for our group.
I asked for help from the hotel team before coming and received fast replay, support, and care for all of us.
We all are thankful for everything that the hotel team has done for us.
