Big room, quiet place
Far from the center: At least 20min. Walk from the old city center.
Cleaning every 3 days, which is fine with me, but if you come to take the trash out, you can also look for basics things like: the tissue paper is empty , the soap is about to be finished and etc.

My room was not cleaned everyday, stayed there for 3 nights and the coffee cups that I used on the first night still not moved. Clearly there was no room service during all 3 days.

The location was really convenient, close to the attractions. The room was bigger than expected with many extras. Breakfast was okay. Nothing special.
When we checked in they let us inside the room, but the room wasn't clean and ready. It was kind of a letdown, but we didn't mind because we went straight into sightseeing. The room was clean after we came back, but as a first impression it wasn't the best. Also, one of the staff members wasn't as welcoming as should, which left me feeling a little bit uncomfortable and unwanted.

The staff were friendly and helpful; when we asked for an extra blanket, it was provided without any problem.
The location is excellent, very convenient for exploring Prague.
We appreciated the spacious layout of the apartment.
It not worth the price. This property is definitely not at a 4-star standard.
Breakfast was below expectations – poor quality and not what you would expect for a higher-tier stay.
The advertising is misleading: photos show a sauna, but it is not part of the hotel, not included, and requires a separate payment next door.
We received a dirty towel once, which is unacceptable for any hotel level.
The carpet cleaning in the hallway left a strong smell that lingered for several days.
The fitness room was not clean; the floor had hair everywhere, and the toilets there clearly hadn’t been cleaned in some time.

Excellent service, well equipped clean rooms and short walk to Prague center. The hotel staff were friendly, breakfast was great and loved the rooms. I definitely recommend 10/10 this hotel if you're visiting Prague!

I like the space, very modern and a great game room. The beds were comfortable and there’s a was a robe, not the most amazing quality but still appreciate the gesture.
The kitchen was well equipped. The breakfast was nice
They had a robe offered but no slippers. Thought it would be a nice touch.
The shower didn’t have any doors, so it’s inevitable to splash water everywhere especially if it’s a couple showering together or a tall person
