Room is huge but not much in it, a lot of empty space.
There is an ok gym.
Close to city center, you can walk everywhere.
The spa is advertized prominently and was partly why I chose this hotel, but it is owned by a different company and is not included in the price, which to me is false advertizing on the Booking website.
The hotel is confusing to find as the entrance is in a back alley.
The walls are definitely not soundproof.
No free toiletries.
I'm ot sure why this is rated 4 star.

Everything was perfect! The location was very nice, close to the train station and there were many tram stops nearby so you could easily move around the city. The room itself was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The breakfast was delicious every day, we loved it!
I liked everything but if I had to think about something it would be that they do not refill the coffee pods, we only had 4 and we were 3 people so not enough for our stay, but I get it, there is no problem. I even asked for milk one day and they were nice enough to give it to me for free. I really don't have any real complaints.

Nice spacious and modern room, location in close proximity with train station, good selection of food at breakfast, wifi was good, 5 minute walk from shopping centre with lots of places to eat.
would have been nice if beds were made as we were told would happen every third day.

I told them double bed at booking but they didn't have tow bed, I have to come down to desk ask again, they sent me to different room. it is not professional
I booked from booking.com with lower price, I put on my credit care to charge, some how, at the hotel, they told me didn't pay yet, so they charged me higher almost 1/3 price. it is so scam

The property perfect but staff very bad really bad experience my booking was one week I left the hotel after four nights they refund my money but till now I didn’t receive it make sure should return my money really disappointed

Very expensive if you needed to purchais consumables in the hottel. You can better walk to the shops arround the corner.

Modern hotel with spacious, comfortable and clean rooms. Very good breakfast with options for all. Walking distance to tourist spots and tram stop to the prague castle. Has a convenience shop in the hotel lobby.

It was comfortable, clean and the staff were very kind and professional.
The air conditioner was not very cold and the curtains allowed a lot of sun to enter, which disturbed a comfortable sleep.

We enjoyed the breakfast and the view from our hotel room !! It was raining when we were visiting and the hotel provided us with an umbrella, very useful.
I didn’t like that the spa cost extra money but it’s not apart of the hotel so that makes sense.
