Wonderful
The room was large and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable. The soundproofing was excellent. I couldn’t hear anything outside or in the hallway. The breakfast had lots of options and was decent.
There were charges for incidentals. They did not offer coffee in the room after day one. They did not provide soap for the dishwasher. All these things were available for an extra charge. At the price of the room these things should have been included.

The location was convenient, yet quiet. The bed was comfortable. The facilities were clean and well maintained.
Although there was a dishwasher in the kitchen area of the apartment, there were no dishwasher tablets provided. Every place we’ve stayed with a dishwasher, has also provided tablets. This is not an item that a traveler would pack. To charge extra for the tablets made no sense.

the location was perfect close to many attractions and the hotel was very clean and well equipped the staff was super friendly and accommodating.
They don't clean the room if you are staying less than 4 nights and they forgot to take out the trash+replace towels on our first day we had to remind them to do that.

The first room I got was not what I've seen in the images and nothing same what where I stayed 2 years back. Then when I asked support on this, they immediately fixed the problem and offer us better room to match our expectation. Thank you very much!

The location was good - 15 min walk to Old Town and other attractions. Quiet street and overall peaceful, rooms seem soundproof. Plenty of time for breakfast and overall good value for Prague.
Breakfast is basic - not a lot of variety, and juice/coffee are on the low side. Room carpet wasn’t the cleanest and no mini fridge. Does not really live up to the 4 star standards.

Pleasant
The location was wounderful also the breakfast wss so delicious and vaiaty , the price also soooo good comparing to other specialy in the Christmas season and finally i forgot to tell about the washing machine cloth which was so helpful for our family ( i have to small kids one 2 and the elder is 8 ) so i need to wash alot.
The receptionist wasnt helpful with the country and places that can kids feel happy.

Very Poor Reception Experience – Unprofessional Behavior
Unfortunately, my stay at Mamaison Prague started with a very unpleasant experience due to the behavior of one male receptionist, who was extremely unprofessional.
I booked a full apartment, and I did not request breakfast at all. Despite this, he forced me to pay for breakfast for my two-year-old daughter, which I never asked for. Even worse, he accused me of cheating because I did not include my infant daughter’s name during the booking. Since the reservation was for a full apartment, I am not required to list an infant who does not need a bed or additional services.
His communication style was disrespectful and unacceptable, especially for a hotel that claims to offer professional hospitality.
Because of this individual and his behavior, I would never choose to stay at this hotel again.
That said, I would like to sincerely thank all the other hotel staff, who were polite, helpful, and professional throughout my stay.

Far from the center: At least 20min. Walk from the old city center.
Cleaning every 3 days, which is fine with me, but if you come to take the trash out, you can also look for basics things like: the tissue paper is empty , the soap is about to be finished and etc.

Room is huge but not much in it, a lot of empty space.
There is an ok gym.
Close to city center, you can walk everywhere.
The spa is advertized prominently and was partly why I chose this hotel, but it is owned by a different company and is not included in the price, which to me is false advertizing on the Booking website.
The hotel is confusing to find as the entrance is in a back alley.
The walls are definitely not soundproof.
No free toiletries.
I'm ot sure why this is rated 4 star.

Exceptional
Everything was perfect! The location was very nice, close to the train station and there were many tram stops nearby so you could easily move around the city. The room itself was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The breakfast was delicious every day, we loved it!
I liked everything but if I had to think about something it would be that they do not refill the coffee pods, we only had 4 and we were 3 people so not enough for our stay, but I get it, there is no problem. I even asked for milk one day and they were nice enough to give it to me for free. I really don't have any real complaints.
