Idk what is with hotels and stairs, in the entrance there were several stairs we had to take to get to reception.
The room was clean and big and well equipped tho.
But the location was a bit away from the tram stops.

The location of this hotel was great, in a quiet residential neighborhood and only a few blocks from transit stops that take you to all the tourist destinations. We booked the 2 bedroom, which was really more like 2 separate apartments which was great! Each of us had our own apartment with our own kitchens and bathrooms. For the price, this stay was a steal and totally worth it. Did not get the breakfast package so can't speak to that. There are coffee shops and restaurants steps away so we didn't need. Rooms were cleaned every 3 days which was great for us, everything was clean and nice. Would 100% stay here again and recommend to everyone.

Loved this hotel. Location was in a nice quieter neighborhood that had a lot of good restaurants and bars to stop at. Was also not a far walk from Old Town so you can quickly get down there, and was close to many tram stops as well. Front desk employee also gave us great recommendations for places to eat around the area for local food as well!

Wonderful staff. Clean, comfortable accommodations. Great location for our needs.
Very minor things: not enough hangers, knives that weren't sharp, broken light fixture. Not worth complaining about.

This is a beautiful hotel - strongly recommend it. The rooms were large, well stocked, good quality fixtures and fittings. The staff were pleasant and helpful - especially Ernest on reception! It was clean and safe. We didn't have breakfast but it looked fine. The area around the hotel was very pleasant.
The only down side was the distance from the old town, castle etc - it took 50 minutes to walk back to the hotel once we had finished sight seeing.

Big spacious room! Sockets by the bed, master switch by the beds
Bath tub drain is slow, shower is not overhead, also suggest to add a rubber mat to avoid risk of slipping inside the bath tub. Could also include free breakfast if possible (simple bread, spreads and juices could do)

I really enjoyed my last stay in Prague in Mamaison Residence in Prague. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the location was great and the apartment was nice and spacious. I plan to stay there every time I am in Prague

I had a fantastic experience staying at the Mamaison Residence. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, quiet and close to restaurants and public transportation.
