Staff was really great. Location was fine, close to the tram/bus and metro, 1km away from National Museum. A little far to go by foot in the city center but given the fact the public transport is very good, it was fine. Room was very big.
Small bathroom. Breakfast wasn't the right thing. It didn't have eggs, cheese, tomatoes. Only cold stuff like: cereals, bread, jam, yogurt, same stuff every day. We bought tomatoes and eggs from the supermarket and cooked them on the kitchenette from the room.
Not hotel related, but I put it here for other people: we got a fine at the metro station, even tough we payed and activated the tickets, it takes 7 seconds from the moment you press activate from application until they are valid. The inspector jumped on us and fined us with 1200 CZK for each person, very rude.

Idk what is with hotels and stairs, in the entrance there were several stairs we had to take to get to reception.
The room was clean and big and well equipped tho.
But the location was a bit away from the tram stops.

The location of this hotel was great, in a quiet residential neighborhood and only a few blocks from transit stops that take you to all the tourist destinations. We booked the 2 bedroom, which was really more like 2 separate apartments which was great! Each of us had our own apartment with our own kitchens and bathrooms. For the price, this stay was a steal and totally worth it. Did not get the breakfast package so can't speak to that. There are coffee shops and restaurants steps away so we didn't need. Rooms were cleaned every 3 days which was great for us, everything was clean and nice. Would 100% stay here again and recommend to everyone.

Loved this hotel. Location was in a nice quieter neighborhood that had a lot of good restaurants and bars to stop at. Was also not a far walk from Old Town so you can quickly get down there, and was close to many tram stops as well. Front desk employee also gave us great recommendations for places to eat around the area for local food as well!

Wonderful staff. Clean, comfortable accommodations. Great location for our needs.
Very minor things: not enough hangers, knives that weren't sharp, broken light fixture. Not worth complaining about.
