Beautiful, cozy with modern conveniences.
The coffee maker was broken. The bathtub needs anti-slip mat. I fell and bruised myself badly. It could’ve been much worse though.

it was not daily cleaning. they did not clean, give me new bathrub when i asked for it. but overall, it was still clean. toilet was not cleaned which i didnt really like from a 5 star hotel!! but still

The hotel is very clean and everything is well appointed. The room was enormous, with a beautiful balcony that overlooked the river. It's conveniently located just opposite the center of town, a quick walk away from the busy-ness of the tourist areas.

The location was ideal! walking distance to a tram to bring you anywhere in the city and close enough to have a nice walk up towards Charles Bridge along the river. The beds were incredibly comfy which was very much a welcoming sight after spending all day walking around the city!
The selection at breakfast could have been better as it was extremely basic. For the price you pay for added breakfast there are many numerous local cafes with some amazing selections and locations very close by.

This is not a 5- star hotel. Walls in the room is worn out and shower head is broken. They give us a room that was next to the elevator which was hard to sleep due to the noise. Breakfast room was so small without many options. Honestly its a very bad value for what you get, only thing that was good is the location. Definitely do not recommend to anyone

The location
We booked two rooms with same rating. One of them was extremely small where other was wider. Although both have same price. You barly walk in the small room. Also, the room have no heater it was freezing inside. Only bathroom have heater.
The towels was old. The room have no sound prove I couldn’t sleep from the noise there were even a dog barking next to my room and people talking. I wanted to extend

Decent location a short walk from the old town
Nobody came to clean our room during our 2 night stay? They did not replenish the complimentary water. There was a hole in the bed sheets and generally it did not feel like a 5 star hotel, it needed some attention in the small details. Also the breakfast room was very small with bad lighting and not a big breakfast selection. Overall I would not say this was a 5 star accommodation.

The rooms and bathroom are spacious, comfortable. During the break, there are many food and drink options available in addition to the a la carte menu. The staff are very kind and welcoming. All amenities, including the door, lift, and heating, functioned well, so we had no concerns. I hope to stay there again.

Excellent location. Small but very clean and comfortable room. Very good breakfast. Efficient and nice staff. Good internet service.
The room was comfortable but not very large (~1m around the bed). It was very noisy (from 7am we heard all other guests leaving and hotel staff working and opening/closing doors. Most TV channels only in Czech or German (Youtube/internet link was not accessible). Breakfast was very good and diverse but too expensive (30€). Our daughter is studying in Prague and we invited her to have breakfast with us and she felt bad about it because of the price.

Good location, nice view from the room, clean and comfortable rooms, great staff.

Amazing location. Right next to the river. Walking distance to old town.
Staff were wonderful - friendly and helpful.
Noise from room/apartment above us. Dragging furniture and running around at 7am and 10pm. Doors slamming early morning.
Room was hot so we had windows open but had to close because of street noise.
