Wonderful
Stepan at the reception was very friendly and competent. The view was fantastic and the rooms very charming.
I wish the hotel had a bar! That would make it 5 stars.

Decent location a short walk from the old town
Nobody came to clean our room during our 2 night stay? They did not replenish the complimentary water. There was a hole in the bed sheets and generally it did not feel like a 5 star hotel, it needed some attention in the small details. Also the breakfast room was very small with bad lighting and not a big breakfast selection. Overall I would not say this was a 5 star accommodation.

The place is descent and the staff are ok
They didn’t provide drinking water. No soap bars. When cleaning, they wouldn’t replace used towels. The room could have been cleaner

Fantastic location on the river, spacious room
Breakfast was basic. Staff were nice but some didn’t speak great English.
Cleaning staff in hallways were a bit noisy.

The rooms and bathroom are spacious, comfortable. During the break, there are many food and drink options available in addition to the a la carte menu. The staff are very kind and welcoming. All amenities, including the door, lift, and heating, functioned well, so we had no concerns. I hope to stay there again.
