Breakfast was great—delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The staff was even better; I had a couple of requests, and they met all of them promptly and with smiles on their faces (even sooner than expected). The rooms were clean and very modern. Definitely recommend.

The sauna in the bedroom was ok.
We thought we checked to add breakfast for a combined total of around €26 euros for all four of us, but it seems we didn’t add it so when I emailed to ask to add to the order as we miss-checked it, they wouldn’t help but rather told us we need to pay an extra €90euros just for breakfast. I was very disappointed that they weren’t even able to help after we had spent so much on the room. They don’t seem to out customer first. Other hotels are more friendly. Also the room was much smaller than it suggested in the photos.

Location
Customer service. From the manager down to housekeeping, terrible errors and lack of consideration. The way the staff is untrained. The mirror breakfast room and the poor choice breakfast itself. Lack of attention to customers and to detail. Terrible communication standard from the manager down to a housekeeper. I have made hundreds of bookings, stayed in the real 5 - star hotels and this one is an insult to call itself 5 star. The location is worth a star, but that's it. This is not a real estate business, but a hotel. My wedding proposal experience was ruined by the small but noticeable details. They couldn't even write the message correctly for my fiancée, for which they charged EUR47. This is my worse review and experience to date.

Beautiful hotel. Great location for attractions and also good value restaurants, just ask reception and they will give excellent recommendations for local restaurants. Everything was great and would highly recommend and definitely stay again.
