This was a great apartment with amazing views. Basic toiletries were supplied as well as a for-fee mini bar. The staff was friendly and helpful. This is a 2-bedroom apt, but the 2nd bedroom is upstairs. I wasn't able to distinguish that from the photos. Elevator was handy. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was wonderful! Very spacious and had a lot of character. The beds were very comfortable and the place was nice and clean. The reception people were great and they had a wonderful laundry service. The view out of the windows was exceptional as was the location, easy walk to all attractions.

We loved our stay at the presidential suite!
Nobody wants to leave. Close to transpo, shops and restaurant and walking distance to all sights.
I would stay here again.

We had such a fantastic stay here! I visited with my mom and sister for a girls’ trip celebrating my mom’s birthday, and it was the perfect home base. There was plenty of space for all of us to spread out, and the building itself is absolutely beautiful. The rooms were very comfortable, beds great, and the staff went above and beyond. I actually left a necklace behind and they not only found it but mailed it back to me. So sweet!
I loved that you get all the space and privacy of an Airbnb but with the amenities and service of a hotel. Housekeeping was appreciated, the AC worked great, and the location truly can’t be beat, just steps from the Charles Bridge. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.
There honestly wasn’t much I didn’t like. If I’m being really nitpicky, the curtains were a bit thin and let in quite a bit of sunlight early in the morning. But I always travel with an eye mask, so it wasn’t a real issue for me.

The best place to stay in prague! The location is amazing. The apartment was big, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for our stay. The staff members were friendly and welcoming. Would definitely come back.

The location is excellent. It is close to everything of interest. Most importantly, the tram stop in front of the building. This makes it very convenient to return to the hotel after a long day.

Location is great! Staff were very friendly, and the person we primarily dealt with spoke excellent English and had wonderful customer services skills.
Would have like new coffee pods daily, but we got some at the shop down the street.

It is a good enough apartments with great location in the heart of old town. We stayed here for 1 night only and it was super comfortable when you can reach most popular places walking.
I’m not a big fan of such design, but we choose this place because of location. I would be nice to provide 1-2 bottles of water for the guests.

Perfect location, beautifull apartment. Very clean. A missing curtain was fixed the same day.
Some small maintenance (bath tub, airco,..) would make it a 10.
