Amazing location. The executive suite is a really beautiful apartment with all amenities. You hear the tram a little but not much other street noise with the windows closed.
The hot water in the shower/tub didn't work, even though it was fine in the sink. Told the staff and they didn't do anything or communicate about it. We couldn't use the big fancy tub because it would have taken hours to fill with even warm water.
Other minor stuff is the housekeeping replaces towels and trash daily but doesn't clean full room, which is fine except I didn't see this posted anywhere and felt like a bother asking for coffee pods each morning.
I would stay here again if they fixed the water.

The location was so perfect! The staff were all helpful and very friendly. The apartment was beautiful, had a wonderful kitchen which we used for making breakfast and afew dinners in after hours of seeing the sights close by. The view of Saint Nicholas church from our balcony and living room was stunning. The apartment is in walking distance of Charles Bridge, Old Town and the amazing Astronomical clock. Many wonderful shops, restaurants and a little market made shopping so fun and easy. Having the tram station right outside was perfect for our many other excursions in different areas of the city and made it possible to easily arrive at the train stain for day trips to other towns outside of Prague.

Perfect location for exploring old town Prague. Team access directly outside of residence. Easy and convenient for eats and accessing local sights. Views from room were also amazing.

Location was great, just up the street from Charles Bridge, many places to eat nearby and apartment just between the Castle and Stare Mesto to have all the key sights within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and provided good restaurant recommendations.

Excellent location. The apartment was large and suited our needs.
The couches were very uncomfortable and somewhat worn. The beds were adequate but the mattresses were hard - a memory foam topper would have helped immensely.

Very well located, close to Charles Bridge and St. Nicholas church. It was in front of a main tram stop, and there was a small grocery store in the vicinity. Comfortable room. A retro design.
The shower knob was hard to use.

Location close to everything! A awesome property!!
A small recommendation would be to add a curtain to enhance privacy in the bathroom, particularly in the corner unit with the glass enclosure.

Amazing location, everyone was kind and the room was awesome.
Nothing, BUT as a heads up, I tried to use the electric kettle and it was a little like mineral deposits were coming off. This has nothing to do with the hotel but just a heads up.
