The hotel is fine, it's located not right in the city center which means it's quieter but at the same time you need tram or subway to reach the main attractions. The room was clean.
The breakfast is a bit sad, I wish it wasn't included in the price (we chose the option which allowed cancellations). Although the room and the bathroom were very clean, there was a stuffy moldy smell because ventilation in the bathroom is quite bad.

The staff was wonderful, especially the woman at the reception, she was very friendly and kind. The room was small, warm and comfortable. If we return to Prague again, we would definitely stay at this hotel.

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel. The location was close to the city center, yet it was quiet. The bed was comfortable, and everything was really clean. The breakfast was good, although it lacked variety. Overall, it’s a peaceful and quiet place, located close to the city center.
What I didn’t like was the strong smell of flowers in the hotel and in the hall, which was quite unpleasant for me. I also felt discomfort because the room didn’t have disposable slippers, a toothbrush, or toothpaste — this was a significant inconvenience for me. There was also no shower gel, which caused additional discomfort.

The staff were very polite and friendly. Rooms and guest areas was always clean. They allowed us to sort luggage on leaving day at no extra cost due to late flights. Windows on second floor open so can let air through plus has a fully working air con in the room if you don’t wish to open windows. Slightly out of the town centre but close enough that cheap reliable public transport was used being about 5 mins out on tram 22 to the centre.
Only slight thing was the shower position was quite low down so had to take it off the mount to wash above waist. But that is a pretty standard thing in most places other than England.

Offered all that you needed. Comfortable clean lovely staff and great location good price . we had a bit of a crisis with forgetting our passports in our room. Ellen at reception bent over backwards in assisting us. I couldn't praise her enough. Definitely will stay here if/when we return to Prague.

Good location, nice art deco decor in lobby area, staff spoke good English.
Rooms were a bit outdated and small, walls could do with a new coat of paint and no safety deposit box in the room.
