The breakfast is probably the hotel breakfast buffet I have exoerienced in a long tim (I attended at 7 o'clock, so I might have gotten the best version)
I opted for €35 airport pick-up. I did not like that the driver wasn't there in the airport as agreed when I arrived. Numerous phonecalls resolved the matter eventually but it was not a good experience.

The room was very clean, the prosecco was a nice suprise. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The matrass seemed to be not so firm anymore, don't know if that's because it was used a lot (old), or because the matress was always soft. The bed was still comfortable though!

Very kind staff, good cleanliness and excellent location. Breakfast is excellent too, WiFi above average for similar facilities.
As mentioned by the hotel, parking entrance is fairly narrow, but even my dodge could fit, so this was also according to expectations.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The building itself is beautiful and full of character, located in a stunning historic property that adds a special atmosphere to the experience. One of the nice advantages was that hotel guests could receive discounts at some attractions and points of interest in Prague, which was very convenient during our visit. The parking facilities were also very helpful, especially when traveling by car. Additionally, the staff was kind and supportive, assisting us whenever we needed help. Overall, a lovely place to stay in Prague.

Free parking was a plus, even though we couldn't park in the hotel's backyard since the entrance is too narrow. Location was ok, fairly close to the old town. Breakfast for non-vegans was rather good, for vegans very minimal options.
Would never say it's a 4 star hotel, much more like 2 or 3 star. Old outdated room, no AC but at least there was a fan. We had to change rooms as the first one we got smelled of cigarette smoke.
