* Parking available. The one available in the hotel was a bit narrow but they had some space available nearby, few minutes walking. Also, they had space to allow you to unload the car before moving it - which is a big thing given they are placed on a main road;
* Awesome staff - everyone was friendly and even though it was a short stay, we felt great;
* Good and varied breakfast;
* Despite the age of the building, the hotel was spotless;
* Rooms were well insulated - the street noise wasn't that big of a problem;
Nothing much to say here, but if I have to:
* It is close to the center but still you have to walk like 2-3km from the old town;

Briefly, the hotel did not meet our expectations.
On the positive side, the staff were excellent and clearly doing their best, and the location is quite good.
However, the breakfast experience was very disappointing. The breakfast area is far too small, and we had to wait at least 25–30 minutes to get a table, which is not acceptable for a 4-star hotel. Even though we had a reserved time slot, it made no difference — we still had to wait. The selection of food was very limited, and due to the lack of space, items were placed in very small portions and ran out quickly.
Regarding parking, while the hotel advertises it, in reality you are asked to find street parking yourself (even if it is paid for), which is not the same as having actual on-site parking.
Additionally, the windows are old and cannot be opened for proper ventilation.
Overall, we are unlikely to choose this hotel again for a future stay.

The staff were very friendly and the room was enormous. The breakfast was great and the complimentary Prosecco and treats for the kids were a nice touch.
The WiFi wasn’t the best and there was a small wait for breakfast every morning, but really these are small things, would definitely stay here again.

We arrived by car; whilst you’re checking in, you can leave it in the car park opposite the entrance (there are two spaces there). The reception staff will then tell you which streets you can park on; simply give them your car registration number and parking will be free for you. We were very lucky that there was a wonderfully kind young lady at reception who explained and told us everything. Breakfast was also excellent; sometimes there’s a ‘rush hour’ and there isn’t enough space for everyone, in which case they may ask you to wait a little while at reception and offer you a coffee. The hotel provides discount cards for visiting museums, cafés and attractions.

The hotel is authentic and exceptional, not pretentious. The venue is offering you a time traveling experience. But the staff is the heart and the soul of this place - polite, smiling and respectful. The gestures they made from day 1 to our check out make us feel special and welcomed in Prague.

We really liked the exceptional professionalism and kindness from the staff as well as the delicious food from the buffet and cleanliness of the room
Parking was a bit of trouble as the hotel parking entry was too narrow for our Audi A6 and the other recommended parking was completely full. The staff was able to resolve the issue and allowed us to park on the street.
The other issue was with the water temperature in the shower, which would constantly change between hot and cold water.
