The hotel is authentic and exceptional, not pretentious. The venue is offering you a time traveling experience. But the staff is the heart and the soul of this place - polite, smiling and respectful. The gestures they made from day 1 to our check out make us feel special and welcomed in Prague.

We really liked the exceptional professionalism and kindness from the staff as well as the delicious food from the buffet and cleanliness of the room
Parking was a bit of trouble as the hotel parking entry was too narrow for our Audi A6 and the other recommended parking was completely full. The staff was able to resolve the issue and allowed us to park on the street.
The other issue was with the water temperature in the shower, which would constantly change between hot and cold water.

Although the hotel is located next to a main road it was really peaceful and quiet. The room was exceptional and the staff was really friendly. The breakfast was excellent and filling. I truly recommend and would come back next time.

Everything was perfect. Rooms are clean and warm. Location not far from city center, also there is a train station nearby so it’s so easy to travel around. Breakfast was excellent, I forget to ask which coffee beans they are using there but coffee is really good.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Prague and were very satisfied with everything. The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring the city. The hotel was very clean and well maintained.
The breakfast was diverse with many options, and the food was very tasty. We really enjoyed starting our day with such a good meal.
The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special thanks to the girl working at the reception – she was very polite, kind, and professional, and made us feel very welcome!
