Very Good
Its located in a good area, there is free public parking very close by. The room is big and there was a complementary cheap wine which wasn't bad.
It was cold in the night and the bed was not very comfortable. But it's normal since the person who stayed had some pains due to old age.

Very good location, kind and helpful staff. The building is old but beautiful. The breakfast was also nice and varied.

This hotel offers an exceptional location right in the city center, yet surprisingly, it was quiet and comfortable for sleeping – the best of both worlds!
What truly sets this place apart is its unique atmosphere – it beautifully captures the spirit of old times while providing all the modern amenities you could need. The historic ambiance creates a special, authentic experience without sacrificing any comfort.
Our room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious. The staff – friendly, helpful, and always ready to answer any questions we had.
The combination of prime central location, charming vintage atmosphere, contemporary facilities, and excellent service makes this hotel an outstanding choice.
Highly recommended!

Very Good
The staff was excellent—very helpful and friendly. The hotel offered several thoughtful gestures, including a complimentary Prague ticket, welcome drinks, and a free bottle of wine. A lovely highlight was the birthday surprise for my husband, with a cake, candles, and a Happy Birthday song. The room was comfortable, though slightly compact for five people, with a split-level layout and one small bathroom. The location and access were very good, and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices
We experienced minor issues with the door due to the age of the building, but this did not affect our overall impression of the hotel.

Hotel is very well maintained. Location is great and you can walk to the old town and main sights. Clean and spatious. Breakfast is good. During january value for money is excellent. Supermarket down the street. Free parking on site for cars less the 1.80m width and easy access to the hotel. If you have a bigger car they provide private parking, 7,8 minutes walk away and with a ramp and camera survailance.

LOCATION IS GOOD, BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD,
THE FRONT DESK IS EXCELLENT.
THE STAFF FOR BREAKFAST DON'T INTERACT WITH GUESTS AT ALL. THE ROOM IS OLD FASHION, WHICH IS FINE WITH ME, BUT THE BED WAS TOO SOFT, THERE IS NO PHONE IN THE ROOM.

Very Good
The room and beddings were very clean, breakfast exceeded our expectations, and the staff were very friendly and supportive.
Hop-on and Hop-Off Big Bus passes from the parking directly behind the hotel, which made it convenient for us to park our rented car and use the bus for city tour.
Another thing to add, they registered our car for free parking in the white zone and could find parking in most areas for free.
The entrance is a bit old, stairs needs a good polish, as well to go to the reception, we had to carry the bags up around 10 stairs, which is not convenient much especially we are a family and had lots of luggages.

Everything was right in the place when we arrived, including baby cot, bedding etc. Rooms are really spacious.
Loved the hospitality of the whole staff. The breakfast menu was vast and amazing. What amazed me the most is the kids options in the breakfast specifically for kids. That was just another level of service.
They helped us with tips and pointers about visiting the city. I recommend this place for staying if you are visiting the city with your family.
Everything was perfect

Pros:
- Very nice and professional staffs. Lots of litttle free gifts (wine, cakes, souvenirs, Prague Pass)
- Room had all the basic amenities. Very spacious room.
- Comfortable and cozy reception lounge
- Breakfast with a wide selection of food and drinks
P
Cons:
- The doors difficult to close and lock, especially the bathroom door
- The electrical outlet situation is messy. I had to plug in and out a lot of stuffs to be able to charge my phone next to my bed.
- Toilet is a not too well cleaned, still a bit dusty and smelly.
- Not the best location. Reaching the Old town square by public transport is not ideal

Very nice hotel. The staff was very friendly. The room was spacious and clean.
Great location and a breakfast buffet was delicious.
It was our anniversary and we had a complimentary bottle of wine in the room. We also got voucher's and a welcoming drink.
Definitely a place to recommend in Prag.

The staff is very friendly, free parking in garage which is great for Prague especially when you have full car, extra gift in the room, welcome drink, nice rooms. Simply really exceeded the expectations. For this price absolutely top!
For us bed was very soft but we just like very hard bed.

The breakfast was unfortunately not well organized.
The staff tried their best to navigate the situation. They were very kind. But fact is we had to wait for half an hour for a table with a lot of other guests as well.

Amazing place, great breakfast, kind und supportive stuff, beautiful building.
The parking, although it was covered by the hotel. If I was not lucky to find a parking place near the hotel, it would be a great pain.

Wonderful
I liked the room's aesthetics (although outdated) and the hotel's location. Although you could walk to some places, I drove to Prague. There were towels in the bathroom, but no face rags (but I always travel with them). The beds were okay and clean. Although I did not eat any of the snacks, the room did offer a mini bar. The staff was welcoming upon my arrival. The Wi-Fi was of good strength. Although I did not use it, I was given a Prague discount. I was also provided additional discounts for future travel.
Parking- I did not like the parking situation. There was never parking available at the door. The parking was a walk away, which was a little terrifying, as I traveled with my toddler (so we were always in before it got dark). There was nowhere for me to park at the door to check it. The hotel is off a super busy street, which is a big inconvenience.
Locating the hotel—The building was undergoing construction, so it was tough to locate the hotel. Also, there are only steps to enter the hotel, so do not pack heavy—it is difficult to carry a suitcase or bags upstairs to get into the hotel.
Room- I like how the room looks, but you could hear guests out in the hallways, and they were super loud in the morning (I assume they were heading down for breakfast). Also the view was not pleasing.

Free parking and free bike rentals were nice. It was in a good location to easily walk everything. The staff was phenomenal!
A little warm in the room with no AC, but you could open the windows and get air. If you did, it was very loud as on a main road. I would recommend and stay there again.

Pleasant
Good locations, easy walk to public transportation (or walkable to main attractions if you don’t mind a good walk), parking available on site (only for very small car), great breakfast (hot, lots of selections, even GF options available).
The noise from outside. We had a room facing the courtyard on the top floor, but still had noise from the other apartments (across the courtyard) and also from the street. The water in the shower fluctuated from hot to cold and back again while showering. There is no A/C due to this being a heritage building, but uncomfortably warm on the warmer days.
