The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the overall standard was top-notch. Highly recommended!

Good locations, easy walk to public transportation (or walkable to main attractions if you don’t mind a good walk), parking available on site (only for very small car), great breakfast (hot, lots of selections, even GF options available).
The noise from outside. We had a room facing the courtyard on the top floor, but still had noise from the other apartments (across the courtyard) and also from the street. The water in the shower fluctuated from hot to cold and back again while showering. There is no A/C due to this being a heritage building, but uncomfortably warm on the warmer days.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I'd especially like to highlight Kirill at reception. The breakfast was very good.

Very polite staff. Location is good to reach all by public transport or walking (if you like longer walks). Breakfast good selection.
I can evaluate only for room 207:
During my stay the exhaust fan was not working although we reported it several time to the staff..was not repaird
The bathroom is overall worn out, not maintained. At the shower cabin was dirt in the joints of the tiles and the edges of the door... everywhere black dirt or even fungus! Furniture in the room looked quit worn out and sticky. The overall cleanliness need improvement. Seems there is very seldom a check done
by the management!
I am expecting for a 4star rated Hotel not such issues!
